It may not happen immediately but Colorado is going to be competing for a PAC-12 championship in the near future.
I am a senior of a certain age. Football has never been anything that I have ever been used to watching. Since, learning about the motivation, and the success of JSU. I'm hooked. I have made sure to watch the majority of this year's games. Do I know all they are doing? Absolutely No! I have learned that the games are about an hour long, they have four quarters. Anything else, I have no idea. But at 60 plus years, I'm learning, and I will continue to support Coach prime in Colorado. It's the motivation, and the respect that these young men will gain. So much more than a game.

As a FSU fan i still want to see him at FSU. But seeing him at absolutely dominate at Jackson St with less than half of the resources CU has, gets me excited. This team is going to be feared next year and he has more than enough resources to make this a national championship winning team. This guy is a beast.

I’ve been a Buff my entire life. I cannot express how grateful I am that this amazing man, leader, and inspiration has chosen to take a chance on us. It still feels like a dream. I remember the 1991 Orange Bowl when we won the AP National Championship. I never would’ve dreamed back then what would happen to the program and school I love and the lows we would encounter. Theres schools that prepare u for the nfl, and then theres football schools. Theres a big difference. Colorado used to be a football school, now, it is about to be an nfl powerhouse(ohio state, bama, michigan, georgia type of program). If ur goal isn’t to make the nfl, prime doesnt want u. To him, if u just want the scholarship, go to another program.

I'm happy he got the school massive attention, new field, equipment and the students are transferring to a bigger school and have a higher chance of making it to the NFL. I get it, it's an HBCU that he's leaving but he's done more than enough for the school. It's going to be interesting to see how the JSU kids will square to the Colorado, recruits and transfers.
I was too initially, but he accomplished what he wanted to accomplish. He put JSU on the map. Revitalized their stadium, athletic facilities, locker rooms, sponsorships, etc. He did SO MUCH for Jackson, MS. Eddie Robinson Jr finally has his wish; the SWAC is now all his. Good luck to him. First, I'm a Seminole. I bleed Garnet and Gold. Prime is one of us. What he did for Jackson State is commendable. Very proud of him. This next task is gonna be 10x harder. This is a middle tier brand, at best. No offense, just fact. Getting Colorado fans to buy in and kids to go to a West of the football mecca, is gonna one heck of a lift. If anyone can do it, Deion can.

CU is not an elite program and doesn't have the facilities that the top schools do, but Boulder is an amazing city. Prime and anyone he recruits are going to absolutely love it there

As big of an Alabama fan as I am, if I was an athlete and had the opportunity to play for nick Saban and Alabama or coach prime at Colorado…it would be an extremely hard to not choose coach prime. I’ve never been uplifted by a press conference… at least not until today. I’m excited to see what Coach Prime does at CU. He has a spirit of encouragement and positive energy that’s contagious. It’s amazing how different we think when we hear someone different speak. Looking forward to seeing what Coach does with CU and at the city of Boulder and beyond. First, I'm a Seminole. I bleed Garnet and Gold. Prime is one of us. What he did for Jackson State is commendable. Very proud of him. This next task is gonna be 10x harder. This is a middle tier brand, at best. No offense, just fact. Getting Colorado fans to buy in and kids to go to a West of the football mecca, is gonna one heck of a lift. If anyone can do it, Deion can.
Recruits are not going to follow him blindly like they did to JSU. He's definitely going to have a harder time recruiting.

I’ve never paid attention to coach prime that much as a coach, but I knew him as a player…he was an insane player!!! However, I’m loving him even more as a coach! This guy is exactly what so many young men need! As big of an Alabama fan as I am, if I was an athlete and had the opportunity to play for nick Saban and Alabama or coach prime at Colorado…it would be an extremely hard to not choose coach prime. I would love to meet coach prime!! They are now my 2nd team!! Go coach prime and Colorado!!!

I wasn’t a fan of Deion back in the day but what he brought to the Dallas Cowboys and his intensity to compete, gradually made me change my mind. What he did @ Jackson State kept me on his side forever. I truly believe he can change the way some feel about coaches, not by the color of their skin but their ability to lead and succeed.
