Prime Time is so charismatic and confident! It’s so hard to not like the guy!
Decades ago, a thing I saw changed my whole opinion of him in an instant. An opposing player was hurt, bad. He was the first player on either team who ran out to where the injured player was, he got on one knee and started praying, fervently, genuinely. Others from both teams joined him, quick. He was dead serious, you could tell from his body language it wasn't about him one bit. And that he believed. Congratulations sir.
Deion Sanders has always been a stand up guy, no man's perfect, but he's always been a man of faith, even when he was braggadocious, and seemingly arrogant. He used that behavior to motivate himself!
Because you are a good person who took Deion Sanders as an individual and didn't stereotype him like most whites in America do. People thought because Deion had the curl and the jewelry and the swagger that he was just another dumb jock but he wasn't and he was building a brand (Prime Time) before athletes even knew what a brand was but as he said to Shannon Sharpe, build your game before your brand and he said I had game and he did.
Deion would play an entire game without a QB throwing one pass in his direction. That's how good he was for those too young to have seen him play.
And the Qbs who did challenge him, threw pick 6s LOL
Coach Prime is one of the best motivational coaches he old school coach these kids will learn a lot in 3 years he will turn this program around.

This is a true family man. Most would say that he was chasing a selfish dream, but if you watched his EVERY move...it was about FAMILY. To have the ability to place his children into a position of success is the aim of every father, and he has and is still....doing it! I am forever a Gamecock fan, but I also cheer for Colorado!

I'm really excited for Deon Sanders and Colorado University. I've always liked CU and even considered becoming a Buffalo at one point, even though they never recruited me. I'm looking forward to supporting the program and my boy Deon aka Prime Time! Success is inevitable! Go CU!
Damn is all I can say. I'm 54 years old, do have some physical limitations and just listening to Coach Prime, Hell I'm ready to play for him and give more than possible, lol.

I can say Coach Prime is all about giving back, with a graduate rate of 90% true determination to win and doing it with Class and Good Old Manners on campus & off campus. These young men don't know what they are in for, but it will be a great start to the rest of their lives.

I've been an ND fan since I was old enough to watch football. Still am (next year, Coach Freeman will have a breakout season 🙂)! But I've also been a Jackson State fan for 2 years now - because of Coach Prime. Love the guy - what a great & passionate leader. Now I'm a Buffaloes fan and these guys will be on my "don't miss" list.
Can't wait to see how things develop here. Now, after the bowls, my usual sadness waiting for college football to begin again will be a little stronger! 🙂

Listening to and watching this I feel encouraged that this world isn’t full of all bad, decisive race hating people like we’re told on a regular basis. It’s amazing how different we think when listening to someone different. Your mind is truly a battlefield - your thoughts can wage or win a war. Coach Prime is a true leader of men and God leads his way. He’s so encouraging, uplifting and honest that one can’t help but be the same. He’ll do phenomenal things at CU, for the city of Boulder and for an entirely new group of young people and their families. Heck, I’m a South Eastern girl myself but I’m already rooting for Buffs all the way!! I look forward to seeing what’s next. God is truly good 🙏

I'm going to become a CU fan over this, gotta tell you. When you look at the body of work from Deion Sanders, what he's accomplished in everything he's touched, He is a special human being that was put on this earth for a purpose.
Trust me, I did not like him when my team had to play against him. he was loud, and he spoke it and then he backed it up. Got to respect someone who puts their performance where their mouth is. He's a beautiful cat man, real special kind.
the only thing I worry about is, there's not going to be any "safe space" rooms in his athletics dept with coloring books and espresso machines. Not sure how that's all going to fit but I think he's got the hang of it by now. he's all about football and growing young men into confident, educated and leaders and performers. Not to mention good football players.

The move help JSU, because Deion Sanders, have already made an agreement with CU and JSU to help of the HBCU and it helps the next coaches to understand you can coach at an HBCU and level up to a P5 if you can coach and win. JSU still have new facilities and a new culture and should still be able to foster the foundational culture that was set by prime and Co.
