Well considering I've been running this quest for a long time now, it's a lot less my mastery with the weapon and more of my matchup knowledge and scripting. I only recently picked this weapon up seriously not too long ago after all, but knowing matchups means I can figure out which of Hammer's many moves would be a good if not ideal response per situation. A lot of my matchup knowledge especially weapon-specific responses also comes from watching other players run the individual monsters with said weapon.
@azzygl wow man, ty for breaking down, i will be posting mhw runs soon so that will help me a lot, and hammer is my beloved weapon since i started using it so its crazy to see good people with it.
Sets are in description. Also depends on the monster, Alatreon for example has very good raw hitzones meaning you can easily hit big numbers on him compared to something like Lunastra. You also mention pre-Fatalis gear and yes Fatalis weapons are also busted with most of them having 50 more raw over Lightbreak weapons.

how do you get that kind of damage on hammer??

@@azzygl no like the actual damage numbers, you're getting 1000+ and at most i get 700 with pre fatalis gear.

How did you get the mod to work it doesn't have a native pc file am i missing something I read the "please read" file and I can't follow it.
Just drag and drop the zip file contents into your nativepc

@@zachvillar are you sure you have the correct stracker's version installed and no unupdated/conflicting mods
