I actually attempted this fight once before, but my team (Arb, PD, BH, Upuaut) just kept taking so much stress and damage, so by the time I reached the Plague Priest, I didn't have the stamina to keep it up, ESPECIALLY after smacking the Plague Censer and insta-killing it.
Whilst I knew that Vermintide had updated, I DIDN'T know just HOW the Plague Priest had been changed. I won't be explaining the old iteration (go watch ElementFive's video on Plague Priest for that), but I WILL explain how the NEW iteration goes if you don't cheese it.
So, the Plague Priest will always heal 60% of it's HP whenever you hit it. In order to prevent this healing (apart from just going for the throat and directly debuffing his healing received), you have to kill the Plague Censer in front of him. However, whoever kills the Censer will receive a -500% DMG Debuff for the rest of the battle, and the primary attack the Priest deals will debuff the party's Healing Skills by 20%, and also lasts battle long. So, after killing the Censer, it's a mandatory damage race.
Modded Classes: Librarian, Arsonist, Runaway, Anointed
    Modded Boss: Plague Priest (Vermintide)

The Grueling Estate modlist is a lighter version, made to have as little jank as possible while having as many features as I could cram in there.
    steamcommunity...
The True Estate is, as the name would imply, EVERYTHING I use. This has a small chunk of jank, if you don't mind it. I at least try to make things as presentable as I can.

Finally someone's showing off modded team comps. I'm awful at team building so I always just go Vestal, Jester, and 2 dmg dealers/tanks in the front

I know this is three months old... but try using the Apostate. She might help you out. She's like the opposite of a healer, she makes you better at lower health instead of bringing you back from it. This means you're trying to keep people at about half health, so optimally she's best surrounded by tanky characters who can survive most at half health. She can also throw out an Aegis block to a member of the party every two turns, as well as curing any DOTs the target has, allowing you to keep people "healthy" for longer.
This focus on being at low health makes "off-healers" like Crusader, characters that only heal small amounts because it isn't their main focus, a LOT more useful. Or characters that are self-reliant, like the Leper with his Solemnity, can get more out of their self-heal.

Looking at the fights that lasted 3+ rounds: Oh, so it's like Vwulf invasion, this whole priest is going to be a tough piece of cake
Meanwhile Annointed with Condemn: Super easy, barely an inconvenience

Runaway is an official character in DD2. This is a mod that puts her in DD1.

Also : wth with those "new characters" ¿10 hp restoration?, ¿healing in all characters?, ¿multiple ways to damage even in simple debuff atacks? dude, that is OVER POWERED, literally the creators just starting to adding super mega qualities that everyone would like to see in our characters, but that are not ok to balance the game.

Clearly you're new to the mod scene of DD. Welcome.
In other news, I'd argue that the mods they've used are actually more on the tamer side of the mod spectrum. It's also completely possible to replicate the ease of what he's doing even without the mods (one-turn battles are indeed possible if trinkets and team setups are played well.)
Lastly, Vermintide is probably one of the most punishing and difficult mod content out there. Using fine tuned mod characters aren't breaking the game in the slightest.

I know you must heard this a lot of times, but bro, how overpowered all those characters are, literally, you can be walking with 100% hp and 0 stress knowing that u can kill everything in 1 one - 2 turns if you want, and you simply prefer to keep full life all time...
It doesn´t make a lot of sense to watch this, it doesn´t feels like darkest dungeon, the flagellant was already over powered, but ok.

Honestly having used most of these modded classes, they are nowhere near as busted as you seem to think they are. Especially librarian who is just kind of an Ok support at best. Her main benefit as a character is that she increases your characters EXP gain.
Arsonist and Runaway have a lot of synergy because runaway was designed to make fire based heroes stronger, but on his own Arsonist is also not that strong.
I’ve never used the bird guy, but I hear he’s considered pretty strong.
There’s nothing this guy does in this video that’s unheard of in the base game. Keep in mind, these characters all tricked out with the best trinkets. For example, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a modded class more busted than just bringing a Vestal and Jester into a dungeon.
