    I've been in the zone once, the hyperfocus feeling you get is amazing. You don't think, you just do, and every movement is performed done with absolute perfection. Everything seems to slow down, and you feel like you can almost predict the near future.

      One tip I have to go into the zone is to feel challenged. It’s to feel excitement or happiness from being able to face a rival or even someone a little better or worse than you. If you’re facing someone too good or too weak, you just can’t get into the zone and the harder you try, the lower your focus is. In the zone, it feels like everything is flowing like water. I make no hesitations or no unnecessary thoughts. I just do.

    I've been in the zone while playing soccer and on league of legends. Its an amazing feeling, just like he says... you dont think, you do. You know what your opponents will do better and before than themselves. You just have the absolute feeling of intensity, reflexes, decision making and knowledge at the tip of your fingers.
    Its basically like your body and your mind can finally break the veil that separates one from another and finally function like just one single element. If your mind sees or thinks of it, your body will just as soon respond.

    • @CauserHostCH

  • @ntswakimpharoane6663
    @ntswakimpharoane6663 2 роки тому +12

    The Zone is being absolute and trusting your body to do everything possible alone without the mind disturbing it's flow and it's an amazing feeling.When I entered once playing basketball I did things I've never done before I was in the present moment but once when I dunked from a far distance on one leg I realized that I did a incredible thing and that's what led me into tapping out and once you stop playing it takes a toll on your body...but all I want to say is that once in the zone you must only be in the present moment but once when you think about the past or future you immediately tap out because you are no more in the present moment

      actually you do thinks, I'm mean think about it. When one does things respectively for a certain length of time it automatically stores it which's similar to how computer saves things temporarily such as ram for an example. So, one does thinks but perception of things goes far beyond extraordinary by that I also don't mean that one automatically/ sub consciously coordinate things but not random either so, nope as its far from that. In such state its not about past/present/future either reason why one can't just re create /replicate as they like.

    I've been in the zone before and this is exactly what it's like, everything becomes almost silent while the sound of the ball bouncing, your breathing, your heartbeat and your footsteps become extremely intense. You don't even have to think about the next play it just happens, each shot that falls in just makes your body feel electric, like you wanna punch the air in excitement.

    • @CauserHostCH
      @CauserHostCH  4 роки тому +3

      very vital information. Each shot leads to a more electrical feeling, but if physical expressed the zone is broken, if celebration is not expressed the zone continues, that electrical feeling continues to rise. One can use this to enter the zone each time, not expressing/celebrating when their is a surge in emotions. Thanks for sharing your experience of the zone.

    I believe entering the zone, requires you to be super focused you don`t even have to be playing a sport to be in the zone. I remember i was watching soccer and i was really focused on the game and for a split second in my head i saw, a goal being scored, before it even happened, a second after i saw it in my mind the goal was scored.

      +Ackeem Bowen i agree with you. i was once a goalkeeper. before every match i would normally envisioned myself of doing saves. and i would know when i was in zone because i would have this moments when i could only focus on the rhythm of the plays ignoring the other players (including my own teammates) and most importantly i could read the movements and plays of the opposite team especially the ball movements. and when it happened, usually i would somehow would be watching my own self doing the saves. kind of weird but yeah it usually happened to me like that.

    Ive been in the zone a lot of times. The last time i got into zone is yesterday, i'm on a game of basketball. For the first 10 mins im in the game, i kept my mind relaxed, focus and calm. Then after that 10 mins, whenever i get the ball, i always broke past my defenders and finish it with really top notch jelly lay ups. That is the time anxiety, and time goes away. You just feel fun. And everything goes your way, no one can guard you. You dont think. You just play and your body unconciously do the thing for you

    Starting to be able to accomplish this in practice and have felt it 5 times ever in my life but I can get close to that state almost everyday if I really put my mind to it. Biggest things I’ve noticed is having an overwhelming confidence and sense of calmness that has been created through experience. In a weird way I think of it as “you’re always better than you are now” it is a bit of a paradox but if you have been there you’ll know. In those moments you truly believe no one in the entire world can compete with you. I think having ADHD amplifies and helps this effect such as ethereal music does to. “This feeling” by Øneheart helps me get in the zone. One time in a tournament as I was 14 at the time I was tied until the 17th and my dad said “go make a great up and down and I’ll see you on 18” I was so focused that I wanted to assure him everything would be fine and I told him “don’t worry I’m going to make this” I wasn’t trying to prove anything to him I just knew it was in. I proceeded to make it. Stillness and smoothness is what I take away from it. I hope people can relate or find this helpful.

    one time i have been able to hold off a wave of enemies while reviving my dying teamate at the same time.
    also i was able to c4 a tank, shoot 3 more guys with my primary, kill 2 more with my pistol and got into cover while out in the open.

    I dont think i've been in The "zone"
    But something like it, played Street ball, only time i get it, and it's The best feeling in The world, everything you do is just perfection. Had a Hard time doing The spins moves and shooting When i played as most, But When i got that feeling, damn i just span all over The place and shoot freely.
    U cant really describe The feeling fairly, u just have to experience it

    I have been in the zone for 2 or 3 times.I literally cannot describe it like you already know the outcome of the game.You know the future for a second.And your concentration is so deadly all other motion doesn't bother you and all the noise gets canceled out.But it needs intense emotion and correct setting to trigger it.Also if you are in the zone you stop thinking anything extra and you don't even know if you are in the zone
    YOU REALIZE IT AFTER IT HAPPENED!

      It's not always link to physical activity, my zone state actually came at the age of 5 in kindergarten class. I was sitting still and gazing off into the empty space, then I noticed the empty space was vibrating, then the feeling inside of me was vibrating at the same pace as the space, it' was as I became in SYNC with life, and a burst of energy erupted at the base of my spine, indescribable. As I grew older, I searched the internet to see if others had a similar experience, I came upon a phrase called 'Kundalini Rising' and it was exactly what I had experienced.
      You can match those moments without athletic ability, for the zone is a spiritual ability.

    I play badminton and i once entered a form of zone. This was not where i performed better or everything slowed down but i lost all emotion. Whenever the ball was dropped i din't feel anything whether it was my point or my opponents. This made even the best on my team feel a bit on edge because i was almost like a robot. I had a completely cold stare and my focus was not distracted.
    Based on how zone has been explained i think its hard for me to enter, because you have to loose all thoughts but i always feel like my head is clouded and i have no thoughts unless i think myself.

    • @CauserHostCH

      True but some players can super exceed the zone. Kobe had a better zone then Mj and it wasn't even close (offensively) mike had similar zone but he sacrificed some of his offense for defense. So when Mj was in the zone he was great on both ends of the floor. Defensively kobe got on the mike zone was when he went up against tmac, lebron, wade ect. Kobe preferred the offensive zone better because he had no choice he had pure bums post shaq era.

Back on our Badminton Finals I almost Lost and the Score before is 5-14 in favor on opponent, then mg coach tells me that I should focus and enjoy the game and forget about anything like who's winning or who's losing, and all my worries, then I just close my eyes and shouted. When the Umpire gives us the green light to play I fell much more lighter and then my movements was almost perfect and I didn't realize until I look at the scoreboard... I already catchup on my opponent with a score of 19-16 and I didn't even fell tired at all. I Won the Gold Medal and Qualified for the Nationals and the only thing that my coach tells me after the game were when he watches me play he saw me smiling and enjoying the game like how he told me to. I think i entered the zone once. It was a handball amateur match on PE lesson. I'm shit at every sport, but when i was a goalie then, something strange happened. My classmate, who is playing for my school's handball club got past the defence and was standing like 4 meters from me. When he jumped, he was like 2-3 meters from me,so he shot. Something happened. I was so focused on the game, i looked quickly into his eyes and looked on his body shape and predicted where he's gonna shoot. It was a split second. I blocked it and im not even an amateur. And it wasnt even a bad shot, straght to the right corner. Zone is real :O Maybe it was something like an emperor eye xDD

    I have been in the zone maybe a few times playing basketball, before my dad told me to believe you are the best player on the court. The entire day I was missing shot after shot, I think it was because I had been overthinking. My friends and I were doing a competitive tournament in a 1v1 format. So I had nothing to worry about, I can isolate all I want, no passing, just me and my competitor. I had a rough start, the score was 3-7, I'm down by 4. At that point I thought, "he is way better than me, I can't beat him," But then I remembered to believe you are the best player on the court no matter your opponent. I checked up the ball, and that's when it happened, it was quiet, the group of spectators voices gone away and my eyes were only on the hoop and my opponent. Dribbled once dribbled twice, a fake and then a drive to the lane. I proceeded to go on a 5-1 run, meaning the game was now tied at 8, keep in mind we were only going to 11 and I had to win by 2. What had been my most rewarding scoring method was from the 3, my peers mostly know me for my insane range at my age. I was only 13, when i'm in the zone, i felt like stephen curry or midorima from knb. I couldn't miss, but he came back with his own three putting the game to 10 -10. ( 2 pointers were 1 pointers and 3 pointers were 2 pointers) it was my ball and I had realize my friend had enter the zone as well, I felt it, I saw it happen, his emotions had changed but his expression was focused. 4 minutes later, the score is 16-17, one more point and he wins it all, I will be eliminated out of the tournament, to make it more intense it was his ball. I checked the ball, and he disappeared when I was in front of him, I got back up quickly though and clamped him in a situation where he couldn't dribble. To not make the game to long the rules state if you pick up the ball for 5 seconds or more without dribbling its the other person's ball. And he missed, when zone and zone go head to head, its an all out clash. To prevent the lead getting any bigger, I shot a three to put me up ahead. I made it. I felt I was almost at my limit, I couldn't keep this up for much longer, but neither can he. I stole the ball from him and it went out of bounds, the people who were watching said it hit off his leg. it was my ball, I drove to the basket and scored a layup, but the amount of pressure he exerted was something I will never forget. It felt so immense, he was also 4 inches taller than me. score is 19-17 and I'm winning. So he did the unimaginable.... he sinks a three. tying up the game in 3 seconds, 19- 19 is the score. Though I'm still in the zone, my thoughts were only focused on the game. So I isolated the opponent, crossed to the right then a step back, and shot a three. It toilet bowled, it went around once... twice... three times and bang! I made it and won. The zone, it deep state where all unnecessary thoughts go to waste, focuses on focusing. the final score 21-19. That is my experience in the zone.

    This state of mind and body has many terminologies. This does exist. I read somewhere about a very similar training process that special op forces go through. While on mission, their focus is to such an extreme that they dont hear any noise from their surrounding. Their bodies move on their instincts which is shaped during their training.

      I will look into that. I would life/death situation would intensify focus more than anything else.
