Instant Dhokla Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp fresh coriander
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
3/4 cup water
2 tsp (or 2 sachets) Eno fruit salt
Red chilli powder for garnishing
Fresh coriander for garnishing
Dhokla Tempering Ingredients:
1 tsp oil
A few curry leaves
A few green chillies
Garlic Chutney Ingredients:
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
2 dried red dried chillies
A few mustard seeds
1 tsp oil

Dhokla is not my regional food. But your explanation and how you describe its recipe with practical, It looks yummy and so tasty to me.
