Setting up your fair is a really great analogy for sign layout. My dad and grandfather were signpainters, and the only layout they did, and the way I was taught, was ticks on a guideline.

Hi Joby just wondering if your video of the ghost train is out now, i just watched your video on Facebook of the pull down at Hersham green and whover was videoing was about to walk inside and i got so exited but he turned around lol, and any chance you can tell me the name of all your props? because I really want to see what they all fully look like so I can draw them. 😀

steve dineen it was up for sale because the family touring it retired and they had no no one to tour it so it sat in they’re yard until a couple of months ago when they started to restore it it is now toured by Kevin Gamlen and his yellow ERF have a look on Joby Carters Instagram

I did receive the two books already. I’m the one in Oklahoma. Thank you. I’m preparing a room at the house with some tables to practice on and I will be ordering some brushes. I got me some cheap ones in the meantime.
