i think a bit of time will not hurt it at all. we have 1/2 of the tin tucked away.

When this came out when McClleland was still around the depth of flavors to me blew MR original way out of the water. I still have a batch or two in the cellar that I refuse to touch until at least another year or two. :) Good Review. I haven't had a fresh batch of this in. a long time!
