She is using an Epson ET-3760, with sublimation ink installed. The printer comes with standard inkjet ink -- but they aren't pre-installed, so you would just order sublimation ink and install those from your very first use of the printer. Do NOT use the inkjet ink that comes with the printer, if you want to dedicate your printer to sublimation only. The inks cannot be mixed.
I am new to all this but I have watched you over and over and I don't know why I cannot get my sublimation paper to take on my mug with my mug press. I've tried multiple times and still no success. I had just purchased a new Epson sublimation printer with sublimation ink so I'm not sure if my settings for my printer are not set right when I am printing. I am also using the same sublimation paper that you use as well. I have used my mug press with infusible ink transfer sheets as well as other items but just cannot get this type to work. Please help.
Hi ,about 10 years ago i made mugs too ,but that time the equipment was difference than this time ,can you tell me what kind of mug you used ,and how much for those mugs, and where to get those mugs, thanks
With cricut I sent my image to the printer and it only prints 3.5 inches so then. I have to use my printer to find it as a picture in order to be able to choose the picture size help please
What setting do you have you mug press at?.. i use A sub paper also but i got the white cover pack not the black cover like yours and my mugs get too burnt and the ink will start to fade and get like a red-ish brown color to it ..not sure why...
You need to use polyester coated mugs, since that is what the ink fuses to. You may buy already coated mugs at coastalsupplies.com, proworldinc.com and other retailers.
Did you use a polyester coated mug, for sublimation? You cannot use an ordinary, uncoated mug. I hope this helps! You can find sublimation mugs at coastalsupplies.com, proworldinc.com and other sites.

Can't I just use the printer I already have and just put the sublimation paper in? I didn't know you need a special printer.
How long does it need to cool down for before you take the paper off?

Perhaps try local craft stores in your area, or Amazon.com.

I tried this and the heat tape also transferred to the mug :( but yours didn’t, why did that happen?
