Not only a super talented designer, but also, Tim you are such a great teacher! I have learned so much from your many videos. Thank you! ❤❤❤ Your products are always such high quality !
I watch a lot of your video.. and I learn a lot. I love the saying, "You do you" that can be applied to many things in life. Thank you for your great inspirational videos.
Tim, love the FACT that you try things on many different papers/surfaces with many different sealants/embossing powders etc. Like the collage medium on top of paper and how crayons differ with HOW they function from just the "paper" etc. If that makes any sense. Guess I am saying I LOVE your curious way of looking and creating items of ALL sorts. My creative mind works much the same way from the "fine art" of my life (oil painting, glass work, clay) all the way to my "play" of card making & multi media art. Thanks Tim for all you do to help those that have a "curious" heart/mind set :).
I am so excited I found you on UA-cam! I bought 2 sets of glaze from Michael’s because I wanted to try out embossing on my bottles and jars I have been painting for months. Got home and realized glaze is not raised embossing. But didn’t want to return these, instead I wanted to do some research. So glad I have!! I will continue to watch and I have already went online looking at your stencils. I’m going to wait ordering anything till the end of this video, I have a feeling my cart will grow exponentially! I’m looking in the corner at my canvases…. You got me wanting to try mix media. Thank you sooo much!
Yeah in art it is extremely important to set aside your ego and fears. A mistake won’t harm you. If you did it once, you can do it again. Just pay attention to how you got there.

According to Google, the GSM of 118lb Distress Watercolor cardstock is 319.5
I do not know a printed that can handle watercolor cardstock.
Is it possible to tint embossing fluid so you can see what is covered?
I think you could mix it with a light color dye reinker.
@@timholtz was thinking about the stick glue that is blue when applied but clear when dried.
I've seen tinting embossing ink pads before, but nothing that turns clear when heated.
@@timholtz been having fun with the glaze 👍🏼♥️
I don't know if you'll see this because it's been so long since you made this video, but does collage medium work the same as gesso? Thanks!
No, they are completely different products.
“Don’t lick your work” 😅
I want to try the crayons after watching this video.
