Hi Ben , please what is your thoughts on This module vs Bastl Quattro Figaro vs New Bastl Caper Waver with pairing with the SSF ZPO? Aiming to save for a ZPO and to get a good mixer vca to make use of all those ZPO outputs.
Simplemente espectacular gracias por esta colaboración !!! y NANOMODULES sigue asi i divkid también, dos grandes craks. .....................................M---O---D---U---L---A---R.......M---O----V---E........T---H---E..........W---O----R----L-----D..................... Simply spectacular thanks for this collaboration and NANOMODULES continues like this and also divkid, two great craks.
I'm sad to report that I got one of these new and channels 2 and 3 are noisy. Channel 2 is REALLY noisy, and I tried it all over my system, all racks with separate isolated power (and my studio has isolated power, all phasing and grounding checks). All of my other modules are quiet, but not this one. Returned it to the dealer, and awaiting on an exchange, but guess what...all the other available dealer modules have the SAME problem. Defective parts or circuit? Who knows--I'm bummed after seeing this demo. The issue is still not resolved, but the noise in channel 2 is positive voltage (really loud) and in channel 3 the noise is negative voltage. Channel 4 has some cascaded noise, and channel 1 is dead quiet. I'm not sure if my dealer will escalate with NANO Modules or not, but clearly there's a problem.
Nice to meet you, I'm Jorge, NANO founder & head engineer :) I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem with ALT, of course it doesn't have to behave like this, so please write me to jorge@nanomodul.es and we'll solve it for you. Best!
To celebrate the new Divkid x NANO video we are giving away one of our ALT modules! More info here: instagram.com/p/B7TejDBASE8/
Great of you to give a module away! Good luck everyone.
The sidechain effect is pure love
That AM example at the end is super inspiring, thx!
10:28 "sugar is sweeter" by CJ Bolland - nice track btw ;D
Best 5 modules of 2019 would be much appreciated. Thx!
Some of that intro was almost like a Rush cover on Modular..Nice!
any particular patches? Don't mean a little Rush vibe.
Tnx for great VCA demo. Have to watch this a few more times so saved in watch later.
nice ! - motivated me to obtain 1 - better than the avg. VCA

Have you tried the flame X-4 VCA ?
The sounds that I put through ALT are a bit softer than the original signal, is that normal ?
softer how? Lacking in top end? Should be clean in terms of the tone.
alt. check. adding to list. many thanks.

Ok, now I know why I can't have too many VCA's.
I hope you were using the OCHD for your LFO’s? 😉
If he's anything like me, he probably can't even find one in stock :p
