Dude!!! ua-cam.com/users/shortslIZqQ41_Oqo
Both USB-C ports on this powerbank are actually bi-directional, meaning the built in port can be used to charge the powerbank as well as charge your devices. The same goes with the other USB-C port, if for some reason you wanted to adapt it to charge another device. They both support the same 22.5W output and 18W input, and as the fine print on the back of the powerbank shows, with both ports in use, the combined output is 18W (5V 3.6A)

Thank you. I was too scared to plug it in. I knew the plug in port was bi directional but i didnt know the usbc part was as well and was scared to plug it in and blow it up.
so could i plug this powerbank directly to a charging block and have it charge?
@@jeremypalacios6920 Yes you can
out of all things never expected myself to be so excited for a power bank!! thanks for the vid and bought thru your link
Tried your link and it worked. I just bought it. Been trying to get this since you talked about it in another video, Thank You
Yeah. Apparently I ordered it before I was supposed to. Hasn't worked since then, until today. Lol.
@@wwjoshdew I wanted the black one, but wouldn't arrive until September 8th and I can't wait so got the blue one and will arrive tomorrow, lol

This video is inspiring me to mod the Nitecore NB10000 I already have to make it cable-less! I would love to have one of these, but I can't justify the purchase unfortunately. Loved the video!

great device, and just what i'm looking for when traveling. Hooking up to an external power bank in your pocket with a cable dangling is very uncomfortable. My only concern is that it does not put stress on the USB-C port due to the extra weight.
Great review!. I hopr you can work on improving the camera focus issues as it can easily cause a headache
Not sure if you have one already but I got 2 of the power core 3 5k from target for 12.00 a few months ago
Great little backup power Bank
Awesome review. Been looking for a charger for my Pixel 7 Pro for days now. I have magsafe cases, but I do prefer wired because of the heat. I am looking towards getting this baby, but I'm a bit worried about if and how it could affect the charging port on my Pixel. Being about half as heavy as the 7 Pro, is there any concern it might affect the charging port of the phone with heavy use??
I am also looking towards the Baseus 10.000mah charger but I'll post my question about that one in your other video review :)
Great video. I will be buying one of these.
Hope you enjoy it!
🎉 Bro, it makes me so happy when I look at an Anker power bank on Amazon and then I come to UA-cam and you have a review on it! I love it!🎉 Thank you🎉
Dude. I keep this on me every single day. I plug it into my phone, tablet, Nintendo switch, steam deck, whatever. It’s just so damn convenient.
you can use both ports both to charge in and out. i got one i never use a wire i just put it straight in my charger plug when i need to charge it
Alright so I got this one for myself a couple of weeks ago and took it with me on vacation to Britain.
Not having to deal with a cable, but notably still having a physical connection (looking at you Magsafe) is such a underrated perk of this thing.
It's not the biggest powerbank or even the biggest one you could get for this money.
But still, you get the convenience, all positives that come with the brand and it's not like 5000 mAh is small. It has made my S23 Ultra last a whole day of very heavy usage.
I'm still a bit iffy about the wear on the port but Anker surely tested this thing and are confident enough that it'll last.
Is this better over the magsafe?
A out how ma y hours of usage roughly on this until it dies?
Nice review mate! But how long does it take to charge the power bank itself from 0 to 100%?
@@user-sv3um3ff8n I recently bought one and love it. 90 mins for a full charge, that same full charge also last about 90 minutes too. It could be longer but it is a game changer due to the size. If you travel or fly it's possible you could need a bigger power bank with a cord but quick trips it is clutch
I ended up getting this exact Anker a couple weeks ago in black. So far I like it it looks nice I like the foldable usb c attachment and from a full charge it charges my dead Oneplus 9 phone to around 68% to 75% which is pretty good I also have a Blue I walk that looks very similar to the Anker but has a small digital battery meter that tells you exactly how much is left from 100% all the way to 0% compared the anker that only has the 4 white dots i do hope anker can make a digital remaining battery reader instead of the dots on the next version of this but I still like my new Anker I’m bringing it on my plane trip to Hawaii I’m sure it’ll come in handy on the plane. Overall my rating is 8/10 if they do a version with a digital read out of tensing battery it’ll be 10/10 can’t wait to see the next version of this already good charger
Would you recommend this or the iWalk?
@@FerizoliYT personally the Iwalk because of the digital display it's cool how they were able to fit one in on such a small charger and it seems to work good similar to the Anker it won't charge your phone more than once and probably only give you around 70 or 80% depending on your current phone percentage but I like it. I had mine for over a year and it's still working pretty good
How long does it take to charge the power bank itself from 0 to 100%?
@@user-sv3um3ff8n it takes about 2 hours sometimes a hour and 40 minutes if it’s charging on a faster wall outlet based on my experience
If you only have one dot then it's around 25% left and so on.
Quick question does this device turn off by itself when u done using it.
5:15 this is going to give us more information on “watts” happening… 🤣🤣🤣
Lmao. I love it!!
Any idea how to reset the a1645? My item doesn’t get a connection to my iPhone. But all 4 LEDs are on.
Nice!😀
can i charge my iphone 11 on the lightning connector ? or does it only go down to iphone 12?
Really sorry to asking. So if we say that the build in port is broken. Can i charge using a cable at the side port??
Or the port is only for charging not for the output??
Will these work well with a phone case? The one I have isn't that thick, but it wouldn't shock me if it is an issue.
It should!
how warm is the phone when it's charge using the power bank?
Thanks
No problem
I've seen some people say that even though it says it is a 5,000mah battery capacity it's actually closer to 3,500 mah. Have you had any issues with capacity or has anyone else here noticed that? I'm interested in buying this power bank you see.
At the end of the day, how much of a charge my phone gets… is all that matters to me. And I tested just that!!
ua-cam.com/video/gzoMRNHZtCk/v-deo.htmlsi=0qYrD5jQi0GGekj9
I love brands that write the amount after energy loss from 5000 you get 2600 and that is good and honest.
Great video! I have a question. How long does it take to charge the power bank itself from 0 to 100%?
that's a good question. it charges at about 18 watts. so it only takes about an hour.
@@wwjoshdew I couldn’t find that information anywhere so thanks man for a quick response appreciate it a lot!
That App Ampere aint correct for PD charging, i.e it was showing some 3.6 ampere but at what voltage, it cant be 9V or 12V right nor 5V coz charger is PD type. I felt so while using in my 120W MI phone
ua-cam.com/users/shortslIZqQ41_Oqo?si=-V6SOr4-PZGVlYzr
I like this Anker Nano power bank but it has one on-the-go weakness… it depends on a wall outlet to recharge, a larger 12-27K Anker power bank cannot charge this little guy. Debating on returning it now. 😢
Dude, I don't use mine all the time. But I love it for charging up my ear buds, game controller, or stopping off my phone. It's got it's uses.
You are abscessed with power banks 🤣🤣
Maybe. I need Anker anonymous.
Obsessed*
I just picked up one of these and like it so far. I am concerned about the expensive USB-C port on my iPhone wiggling loose is anyone else concerned about this?
Only had it for two weeks ending up not working no more 😢
If this can technically fast charge an iPhone at 9v 2.2 then why can’t it do the usually “50% in 30 minutes” like other PD chargers? I tested it and in 30 minutes the most I get is 40% in 30 minutes with my base iPhone 15
mate how long does it take to charge the power bank itself from 0 to 100%?
So it half charged your i pad 6 mini with with a full charge
Yes!
Is that good ?
Wait, so it wont fast charge in samsung?
Thanks for all the info! Does it charge from 0%-100% ( Iphone 15 Pro Max)
I’ll find out tomorrow when my 15 pro max comes.
Sounds good, let me know how it goes!@@wwjoshdew
@@abigailc8863 oh, shoot, I forgot all about this and my iPhone is completely full right now. I will answer this question later. Sorry.
@@wwjoshdew I am eagerly waiting how it is going to be for iphone 15 promax
@@Entusiasticuser Here you go! ua-cam.com/video/gzoMRNHZtCk/v-deo.html
Was iphone 15 using usb c leaked when you made this video or did you just guess?
It was a law in multiple countries. I guessed, since they wouldn’t of had a choice.
A bateria vai forçando a entrada do celular com o tempo estraga a entrada do iPhone ou a cabeça do carregador da bateria (cabo) Horrível a lógica de construção! E esquenta muito tbm!!!!! ******
Does it support pass-through charging?
I just tried it and it does not work
Anker have been falling short on a lot of their stuff lately. There’s always something missing
ua-cam.com/users/shortslIZqQ41_Oqo?si=-V6SOr4-PZGVlYzr
Android really don't see a need for this, as it is clearly marketed for Apple users who constantly hugging the wall outlet.
Do you know a good portable power bank
Anker is a garbage company that refuses to stand by their products. I received one of their chargers and it did not work out of the box, and 7 months later they still won’t do anything about it.
Im sorry to hear that, i have multiple Anker power banks, cables, charges with no issues
it charge only 1 time
USB C is not designed to carry anything like this. It is enough to move in one direction with a certain force and the port is damaged.
