Cool NS GP38-2 wwot and wow is all I cam say another awesome train meet another fun and entertaining video with a bunch of awesome trains DPU Alright Roll it
Epic toot salute and dinner at the dog pound. Hey, maybe they're feeding the dogs barking seals....... Lotsa Uncle Joes, not good. Trifecta! Fourfecta!!! Your cold windy day reminds me of how I used to walk 5 miles uphill both ways to my favorite train watching spot in 30 below weather and 75 mph winds, and I LIKED it! Great video!
While I do enjoy and give thumbs up to your videos, I think you might increase the viewer's enjoyment by sticking with the locomotives for another 5 seconds or so. While we have plenty of time to watch the tankers, boxcar and intermodal cars go by, the locomotives are by far the most interesting component of most trains. Give it a try- I think you'd get even more likes and viewers!
Appreciate your dedication to your craft in that freezing weather. That wind sounds fierce and COOOOLLLLLDDDDD!!! With a quadruple train meet!! Way to Go!!!
NS 22K from warmer days 7 months ago sure was hauling through the crossing. Hope WWoT got thawed out after freezing with wind chill filming a 4 train meet. I suspect he enjoyed the train action being cold or not.
Hey wide world of trains I couldn't believe it either with the quadruple train meet with these CSX M568 heading east which met the CSX i009 heading west which met the Norfolk Southern 28b heading east which met the CSX i166 I just can't believe it either when I saw it
I years ago was up at one of my favorite spots and video recording on a cold and windy (the area is windy 12 months of the year) and freezing my hands off as my gloves were a pain as video record. there was 3-4 trains shunting with the transfer of NBSR waiting and slowly entering Island Yard. I thought with a laugh, stamp collecting be warmer.
A quadruple train meet between CSX M368, CSX I009, NS 28B, and CSX I166 with an epic horn salute from the CSX M368 with the DPU Alright! Are you kidding me?!
Wow! That was awesome! I was getting cold just listening to that wind! I probably would have went to the car and watched that last one Lol. Really appreciate all of your dedication and great train videos.
A DPU and a quad train meet within 15 minutes ? Only on WWoT can someone enjoy such train action . Time to get the heated jacket out . Thank you WWoT .
FWOTs!😃 Good thing that last train didn't stop for an hour like that one last summer. Dunkirk NY man found frozen near RR tracks with camera in hand. Review of the footage shows he was going for a quintuple train meet!
You poor man! Out there in the cold, you made me laugh though! Just when you are heading back to your truck, another train shows up! That's Murphy's law at work there!
Love those traim meets I'm feel fortunate. I live 17 miles away from where the run the last two Triple Crown trains. If you get a chance look at Railroad Tie Spiker videos. He has them on there sometimes
Thank you for these awesome videos! There's nothing like standing mere feet away from the tracks as a freight train goes past at track speed. I would like to see as the headend goes by you, have a longer shot on the engines. As a former employee of the CNR, when a train passed us we were required to inspect the train on both sides and then give the conductor (back when there were cabooses) the Highball signal if his train looked good. So I understand that you need to keep your eyes open for anything that could come your way as he passes by you. Watch out for broken band iron! Keep up the good work and stay safe out there! ")
While researching the Hoosac tunnel to see why double stacks won't fit, I find several videos of doublestacks going in and coming out with plenty of clearance. There also autoracks going in and out. The railroads list the height of autoracks as 20 feet, 2 inches and doublestacks of the 9 foot high containers as 20 feet, 3 inches.
I've read that the doublestacks going through the tunnel are either both shorter international containers or one international and one domestic height container. Not two domestics. The tunnel allows 19'-6 max. And the autoracks are the older ones which just fit, 19'-6 above the rails. Also read that the notch made in the ceiling of the tunnel just barely accommodates them with little in the way of forgiveness. In addition, beyond the tunnel are about 20 other structures with height limits that prevent the over height double stacks.
has the snowjet moved any this year? it seems to be in the same spot every video! anyone who's watched many of yours knows the 368 from the loads it's the one always carrying lumber and the 166 always has CP power!!

Awesome way to start off, a quadruple train meet, that deserves a holy cow!! Great work WWOT.🤩👍🏼
Holy Cow Alright 😎👍
Thank you very much!
I always thought these tracks were always level but none of the ones that I have seen in all these videos are level and smooth.
I just HAD to mention those very pretty cobalt blue containers, they're even prettier than the PINK containers.
Multiple snowball followed by 4x meet
m368 + i009 + NS 28b + i166
I like train videos on UA-cam jawtooth 👍

Awesome meet you got that day. Luckily it was not a typical Western N.Y. winter day you would have froze filming all of that action.
Would you consider a Quadruple meet a "Grand Slam? Rock in Peace to Jeff Beck
Great
Norfolk Southern is having a tough month.😳
Not sure I'd stand that close to the tracks.🤷♂️

Awsome meet. Can you explain what causes the barking seals?
Metal rubbing on metal mostly.
The wheels rubbing on the rails
I want to see the WWoT car again.
