The fact thet he pushed the kitchen cabinets to open and they didn't shows how substandard the Architecture is. This is Nigeria for you, only stolen money can buy a house like this and nothing else.
The house is been there for over a year now, still not sold because of the ridiculous price of house in Nigeria.Only people that loot Nigerian money will buy this house.
I’m not impressed. There should be a separate laundry room, the master or primary bedroom should have a walk-in closet, the kitchen is just a big space with with lots of cabinets, the upper cabinets should have been taller. It is better to buy land and get a good architect and build your own.
Nigeria real estate give u design for all prices no custom design in our artectiture anymore if u check out india architecture u notice the house design are nt really similar nd they dntbuse one color .it was like that in nigeria in the 90s .80s then architect will ask u which design u want trending or custom design.if u think am lying notice mansion built by big men in d 90s ,late 80s they are not be same e.g in benin city chief oswaru igbindion, archbbishop idashosa, iyahe houses are not the same in design have there unigue designs .if u enter boundary road in gra venin city u notice what am saying but nwaday arhitect 5billion naira house nd 400million house in d same minimalist design .all copy nd paste architects
Whenever i see a kitchen without "soft close" cabinets and drawers, I know the builders don't know the true meaning of "luxury" housing. This home is an example of the lack of understanding of the true meaning of luxury.
Sometimes our elite class de spend money like they have never been exposed to the ourside world of tech and architectural innovation. They just soend money to oppress and for classism
Perception about wealth differ. Billionaires are buying houses in these ikoyi on monthly basis. And the keep growing their wealth. Pray, work hard and strive toward having such kind of money to buy anything luxury money can buy
@@surelandrealtors hunkuu no be matter of differ or advising me to work hard to afford such. Beside, you work smart not literally hard. First I'm okay at my pace and what I want. Secondly, the things that's glorified in nigeria are mostly regular things u see abroad.Eg, electric cars are charged at home like phones where I'm am & literally every 10 cars that drives by, 4 are 100% electric,( amazon vans are electric) 5 is hybrid but in naija ,once a rich dude buys one electric car, he feels like a mini god and people amplify it. 3rdly, ikoyi is not the only luxuru locations in nigeria My point exactly is,naija too de overdo with inflating price of things , irrespective of inflation.
