- Signature Sound rehearsing backstage before the DVD shoot. A candid look at the group going over a song with arranger/producer Garry Jones, followed by the live performance on stage that night.
This is from their very first live DVD, shot at Reardon Auditorium (the same place they filmed their first Gaither DVD) a few months after the group formation.
The group at this time consisted of Ernie Haase, Shane Dunlap, Doug Anderson, Tim Duncan, and Garry Jones. This DVD is no longer made or sold and is VERY rare.
I remember that we use to have an all night Southern Gospel sing EVERY year in Waycross, Georgia ... I miss my heritage !
This was my mothers favorite song...it was played @ her funeral.
I love Tim on this, very rich voice, warm tone, he studied with London Parris, isn't it??? God gave him plenty of talent, bless his heart.
I seen every song
I seen heard every Song 2016. & 2019. 🙏🏻👍😀🤟🏻⚾️⚜️

i agree
Ryan made the whole group. sad to see him gone now but he is amazing as a solo to
Katie Brown for me it was Tim Duncan
I miss Ryan, Tim and really miss Doug! They were wonderful together!
See how good they can be when they just stand there and sing?
Nice song and performance, but did Ernie and the bass getting well?? i see them a little seek : )
who's the lead?
Shane ( LEAD ) Singer
Of course performance can be a plus, but it can also be a negative if taken too far and that's what they're known for.
txlongarm: UNLESS! you are one of US that loves everything they ever did! Then it can't be a negative any way you look at it?
Gospel quartet music is not a comedy act. Ernie never figured this out after the original founder/pianist Garry Jones left to form Mercy's Mark.
