I picked up the foil Miku and Sans Mercy ones, but the others just didn't appeal to me

To be brutally honest, textless cards that don't have extremely simple effects (such as basics or counterspell) are worse than blank cardboard to me.

Yes, I feel the same...just looked and multi buys and some other secret lairs are already sold out again.
I feel secret lairs may be loosing their wow factor and more people are just not interested in them anymore.

If there's no other foil printing of a card, perhaps you can count the non-foil version since that's the only one available.
