“'In Your Time' is a song about posture. You’ve heard it said, 'Patience is not about waiting, rather, how you wait.' Colten and I wrote this song on a chilly morning in October of 2020. Like most of the world, we were somewhere between coping and quarantine. Like the rest of the church, we wrestled with where we found ourselves as men, as believers, as songwriters, as pastors, as children of God. In a very real sense, we found ourselves coasting. We weren’t waiting very well. In writing this song, Colten received a word from the Lord based out of Ecclesiastes 3:11, 'you make all things beautiful in your time, you make all things beautiful in your design...' We pondered that if God is making beautiful things in His time, what should we be doing with our time? We should be waiting; and we should be waiting well. As we invite Jesus into our wait, He invites us into deeper intimacy. He invites us into closer communion. He invites us into understanding, even though we may not have all the answers; He becomes the answer. We lose track of time when He is worth the wait. The wait turns into a walk in the cool of the day, in the garden. The wait starts to feel like less of a wait, and more of an extended date with The Sovereign Peace, himself, Jesus.
We interceded in worship with this song to our WorshipMob & Cross Worship Family and we all agreed that this was a message God was glorified by, and it needed to be emphasized, refined, and released. Does anyone else just want to find these large worship groups and join them for a night if worship? I haven't been to church in so long because I was so tired of people being on a "schedule" and cutting off the Holy Spirit. My soul is soo hungry for the presence of the Holy Spirit.
That is exactly how I feel. I'm in the middle of Utah so you know what kind of religion is here. I just want to be where the truth about Jesus coming soon is being told.
I have attended 2 "spirit filled churches, and neither of them allow the Holy Spirit to have riegn in the service. They don't let His gifts flow. When are God's children gonna make time for Him?? a verse....Behold, My people have forgotten Me for days without number. I don't want to be the one breaking His heart.
Thank God our new pastor does. He says it's no service if the Holy Spirit isn't leading it. Prayers that you all find a church home that feeds your souls.

I found this song yesterday I was listening to YAHWEH and it finish and this song started to play and I have been listening to it from yesterday I keep repeating the part, we won't rush the process we won't despise the pause we lean into Selah. Because I am waiting on my green card for almost a year and I have become tired of waiting and feel like I am slowly falling into depression but I repent for not trusting God and his timing this song is dealing with me I can contain my tears. August 2023, a year later: I’m here to testify that God gave me victory! I graduated in September 2022 from the professional exam I was preparing while listening to this song in loop. I had known many oppositions (I had cut my index finger very deeply, I had trouble typing my text, my computer crashed, I returned my file one day late) but Jesus gave me victory:) glory to his name and thank you Lord for such a prophetic song because I was on the verge of dropping everything...

WorshipMob doing the things again! I had been quiet for a while, but even in my silence your songs have really been ministering to me, and it amazes me how they always come just in time! It really shows God makes all things beautiful in His time! I pray He may continue strengthening you on your ministry! We know now when we see a WorshipMob song premiering that God is about to speak to us in another way.
This song in particular, has really spoken to me since it came out. With all the depressing news this year and how it looked like it would be a dark and difficult year I felt a bit overwhelmed, and stopped working on a project God had put in my heart. However, through readings God encouraged me to continue, and then your song came out a week or so later. Saying we shall *work while we wait.* If that was not a word from God for me, I have no idea what is. I am going to do just that, to continue working on what God has put in my heart for me to do.

Update: when I'd listen to the song, Colton's Bible verse reading had stood out to me. Now, today as I just listened to the song, I realised he was reading James 1, a Bible chapter I have randomly been encountering different parts of for the past 3 weeks. After the third time I had decided I would make time to read it, but I had been so consumed I had not done so.
Today having realised that the reading is also James 1, I can see that God really wants me to read it. It's also the first time God has used WorshipMob to speak to me like this 😂😂, I'm pretty surprised. But that's God. Lemme go read James 1 😂😂

I keep thinking on the wonder of this over the past few days - my Father SEES ME. Past all of my defences, learned behaviour, disgraceful actions, acts of kindness or whatever... He sees ME.
And He loves me.
And He knows me.
And He accepts me.
And He saves me.
And He understands me.
I am truly known. Truly loved. Truly wanted.
I don’t have to be young, old, attractive, strong, gentle, perfect, jump through any hoops or act in a certain way.
He sees me & smiles...
