In Poland we use mostly old european frosy hardy vitis vinifera cultivars like Gewürztraminer but also some people using polish hybrid grapes like Dublański, Hybryda z Karpicka (this don't have a labrusca taste and the wine have a very high quality).

Just found your channel, great stuff. We are currently traveling in Montenegro and excited to go check out some wineries around here. Thanks for making some videos about Montenegro wineries, that's how I found you. Are there any wineries that you can suggest in Croatia that are close to the Montenegro border?

    Hello and Greetings!
I want to discuss something that is practical and necessary.
What if I asked you and a team to invent the next generation of truly advanced wines, beers, and liquors? What would you say after giving it some really serious contemplation?
These are the features/items that you could go after --- utilizing science, experimentation, teamwork, dialogue, and patience:
    1. No liver damage.
    2. No fatty liver. You can learn about how fat gets stored and removed from the liver by watching Dr. Eric Berg's UA-cam videos on this topic.
    3. No bloating or flatulence or burping. That means a change in carbonation or the elimination of carbonation, and possibly other factors I currently have no knowledge on.
    4. No sugar or carbohydrates (sugars, starches, and fibers).
    5. No disruption in the human microbiome in terms of creating an imbalance in bacteria or fungi. Alcohol appears to be a strong contributor to oral thrush (oral candidiasis), seborrheic dermatitis, other versions of excess in malevolent fungi. There may also be a relationship between alcohol and the depletion of pre-biotics, pro-biotics, para-biotics, and post-biotics. There are scientific papers on these topics, and non-scientific literature that could point you in the right direction.
    6. Add extra packaging protection to prevent "dirty handling" by merchants and transportation mediums.
    7. Nuanced flavors never before discovered or released to the public.
    8. International access/distribution.
    9. You don't have to "guarantee" these health factors to customers or anyone else. These are achievable goals that may gradually achieve fruition over weeks, months, years, and yes - even decades.
    10. Some forms of alcohol consumption, especially among alcoholics, can deplete very specific vitamins and minerals, including salt, magnesium, and potassium. Alcohol, just like so-called "energy shots," can almost certainly be fortified with vitamins and minerals to off-set this very vital imbalance. The vitamins that are probably most likely to be needed are C, the entire B series of vitamins, and D. Potassium and Magnesium should also be considered.
    11. No depletion of Hydrochloric Acid in the stomach as a result of alcohol consumption.
    12. Invite consumers to share their knowledge before, during, and following your research. Especially get data from alcoholics worldwide. Safeguard their privacy while treating them with dignity and respect - with the hope that they will reciprocate equally.
    Cheers!
