Amazing Brass in Concert 2003
This concert showcases the Canadian Brass as they continue to elevate the brass quintet medium to new heights.
Eternal memories of amazing Ryan Anthony!!
I was showing this to 2 students last night because I couldn't find the version from the work trap concert in the 80's. I totally forgot Ryan was in this group at this time, and by the time it was over I was telling them about my friendship with Ryan, his struggles of his last years, how impressive his dignity was.
I absolutely love this! Poor Chuck lying on his back and playing for almost the last half!!!
How I love this piece! It’s as funny as deeply touching. Ryan Anthony’s sound is so brillant and now I feel a kind of sad because he’s gone. Thanks, Canadian Brass. I’ve been hearing you for more than twenty years happly.
This is pure awesomeness!
This is so funny!!!
Wild West meets Opera meets Canadian Brass!
Epic win on so many levels!
Best musicians ever! :)
that's very good!
Glorious music....sigh.... :)
I didn’t know about Ryan’s death.
What a shame! I hope his family and friends to be all right. I pray for them. He was a great musician. The best substitute for Ronald Rom, in my opinion. Life does that, though.
The funny antics and expressions distract me (in a good way!) from the sheer gorgeousness of the music :)
fuck now there is one dislike , he must a strings player lol
as of right of now no dislikes!! i wonder why? because theyre awesome
may be
i dont even want to know how long it took to arrange this
I prefer the Mnozil brass version, honestly...but this is still pretty good.
Couldn't agree more

This actually is the original - "Hornsmoke" was written for the Canadian Brass in the 1980s
@@user-ot7lr4so3z Mnozil just doesn't have the 'ring' of sound I grew up with...good and all that, fun to watch, but the Canadian Brass is where it's at!
Can someone tell me whats this abt 😂🙏🏻
In case you still care, this is a fun segment based around the American film genre called The Western.
