- Requested by @MrRodRen . Surprised I didn't do this one myself yet so thanks for bringing it up man. We had Noel Vs Tsubaki but what happens when they ascend to their stronger forms? Both Mu and Izayoi are rather infamous around these parts so this will certainly be a clash of the ages.

I'm honestly floored.
I'm happy that Izayoi won, but I seriously thought that Mu's Steins would cause more issues for her, especially since it looked like they could still bombard you while Mu was in hitstun.
Izayoi is so awesome, and I'm not gonna lie: it feels good seeing Suped up Mu getting washed like she did me so many times.
I'm surprised she didn't spam Origins more. Whenever I fight Mu as Izayoi she seems to know every single damn time I use the D version of Mirage Thruster and she just pops Origins and hits me like the wench that she is. But still, good game!
As someone that suffered greatly from unlimited mu I agree. I figured the steins would more problematic as well but I guess if she cant ever throw them out there's no need to worry

Jesus, not even the bullshit spam super bossbcouldnt take out Izayoi (excluding Arakune). Turns out being able to teleport through everything is a pretty strong tool in this matchup, big surprise. Izayoi actuslly did do some good stuff here, though her habit of cancelling Astrea prematurely into Strike Fall before it fully ends will never not piss me off.
Unfortunately yes it did lol. I'll have to retire Mu's theme for something else it seems.
Edit: Also I ran this match again at someone's request and it wasn't nearly as much of a stomp. In the event of any future 5-0's I'll be checking the match up a second time to see if it's accurate or not

Fair point, thanks for pointing that out actually. Hazama I kind of had his other matches to maybe figure he'd do better with a 2nd attempt. Mu hasn't fought as many strong opponents yet so it didn't cross my mind. I ran the matchup a second time and Mu won 5-2. As a tie breaker I ran it *again* after that and Izayoi took it 5-2. That in mind the overall win still goes to her
