That’s so interesting about Visa’s stripes, I feel like Mastercard’s circles are soooo much more recognisable than the stripes, I would not realise it was visa if I just saw those stripes.
I think they used the Visa word and ditched the stripes. The word visa isn't great as well since it often gets mixed results with travel visas when searched.
Can we just all agree that, if Coca-Cola ever does this simplified change, everyone will riot? Cuz' they had the same font and logo for SOOOO long that it just will look wrong if it's any different.
I think Orange would have been a more fitting example of the explanation given to the starsbucks logo; literally being a white rectangle in an orange square (used where space is at a premium or size is likely to be miniscule ex. in-browser icon), you can hardly make it simpler
the evolution of a logo getting words strapped like a name tag to becoming so iconic they can graduate to having it removed does make sense. Though if you really like complex logos that stray away from the standards I highly suggest you check out some metal band logos! they are pretty sick, it's like of the whole world that went the opposite of how massive companies design logos and being extremely friendly and inviting

yeah i imediatly thought the visa symbol without the words was just a countries flag instead of a credit card company
It's truly inspiring how a simple but iconic logo can really make companies stand out from the market. It's amazing. ❤
he finally remembered his youtube studio password
lol 😂
I will remember that phrase for the times when my favorite UA-camrs will post after long absence. 😁
Glad to see another one of these videos, it's really neat seeing all that a companies logo has gone through to be what it is today.
He’s back!
welcome back we missed you
keep up the great videos
The swoosh is actually the wing of the Greek god Nike.

They already have a different logo which just says "coke". You see it on cans sometimes. It's more common proceeded by "diet" (coke)
@@wj11jam78 Yeah, I know...I hate it cuz' they changed the font.

I feel like the rainbow apple has so much more character than the plain version they use nowadays

Fen TV is the opposite
2003:first letter of the logo as the screenbug
Suggest you do some research on the use of the term, "font" when referring to type faces.
6 months....
11:44 1937 logo...
Kinda sad to go from rainbow to black. Like a soul has left it.
The downfall of F1's logo needs to be studied
🙏
👏 correct Adidas and Nike pronunciation 👏
tldr: Everything becomes more boring with time.
