That thing that you ate with sticky rice,It’s onion and a little bit garlic fried together and we used to eat with sticky rice and fried chicken if you put that sauce and eat it together it’s gonna be the best combination. Wow! I'm so happy seeing you enjoyed eating Thai food there. Fried chicken in Thailand normally quite salty cos mostly the merchant do mix chicken with salt or fish sauce, some pepper and garlic and we eat it with sticky rice. Thai normally eat rice as main dish with some main dishes like green curry, fried veg, fried chick etc. So we normally eat sticky rice together with fried chicken and may dip with sauce and sprinkle with fried onion ;-)

some tips for the part that you're eating chicken and sticky rice, mostly we put the chicken sauce on the chicken and eat them follow with sticky rice and also garlic stuff it can eat separately or only some bite for more taste. Glad you like Thailand btw ♥
