@@ChaseTheBro There are so many adjustable settings because the mod maker realized that having entirely seamless coop makes the base game really easy, so there are tons of options for scaling the world to make it harder if you are craving a challenge while playing with friends.
@@ChaseTheBro they enabled it with them using double whips and zamors, notorious wide swiming weapons with AOE, they likely kill each other more than the pve does xD
Yo Chase, I was watching a recent video of yours and you briefly called yourself a bomb mage, and I thought that would make for a great build. Basically, using any explosive magic or items, like hefty magic pots and cannon of haima, anything with an explosion or aoe. I've also seen a few strong combos along the lines of the build. Like Astel's wing Nebula into gravitational missile, and even mass of putrescence seems to combo into a hefty pot if you get the spell hit. Anyways, it makes for a really fun build, and there's a ton of options to choose from, and it can even be done with faith instead. Though magic seems to have a bit more options
@Guts33 Hey, at least I'm putting a fun spin on the mage build. I rarely use spells myself, but I still think they can be fun to play with or against with the right setup and play style. The problem is that too many Elden Ring spells take too little effort for large reward. Because of the way they're designed it heavily panders to a passive play style, then you add that to a 2 or 3 man team and that's when it becomes frustrating and the issue really shows.
Watching Chase transition from running away from 3 enemy players to chasing down the last survivor once he's finally turned the tables is always terrifying. Edit: I also love that ChaseTheMimicTear seems to be just as fond of pots and snake coils as the real thing.
6:49 This is one of the current flaws in seamless co-op, right now anyone (aside from the world host) can just alt F4 and rejoin to get back in during invasions/bosses. Someone in the seamless co-op server told me there was a fix being worked on, but idk for sure.
Seamless invasions are fun to watch. Finger Maiden Therolina may be a fun support ash. Latenna could be fun as well, with proper placement, because everyone loves the albinauric snipers.
@@ChaseTheBro Yeah it's host-world based. If they have spirits in pvp off in their ini, then your summons won't do anything. Speaking of the ini, I think you'd do well with ping and player level on in player display settings.
@@maxp5568 I can just see him walking into a room with 4 players, activating Iron jar, and holding down midra’s flame of frenzy, destroying everyone as they panic roll 🤣
I'm so glad you're staying in seamless!! I feel it's such a superior version of the game! As always thanks for the videos Chase! They're a great part of my routine! Cheers
A lot of the spirit ashes actually have buffs they will give the player. Would be fun to see you make a Mausoleum Knight cosplay and use the summons for example. *I haven't messed around with the DLC summons* Try these summons out; Demi Human x5 (They move around a lot and cause more of a distraction.) Mausoleum Soldiers (Teleports during combat) Lhutel The Headless (Teleports and Death Blight Build up) Stormhawk Deenh (Has an insane Buff Physical Damage +20%, Stamina Damage +20%, Poise Damage +20%)
You can turn on Ping and player level to display above every player in the seamless coop settings file. I think somebody like you would be able to take full advantage of it as you're already extremely experienced in adjusting your playstyle to the enemies ping. It also lets you know when you can go easier on lower level people in the world, or when to pull out all the stops on a max level phantom etc. IDK if somebody already mentioned any of that.
Did you know you can get flasks back if the host kills a group of enemies out in the wild. It will restore a couple flasks for you as if you were on their team and just helped them kill that small group of wolves etc xD
That’s so cool that the whole map can be a fighting ground. Especially the fact that it can go from one area to the next like the did at the mountain tops to farem
In Seamless Coop, people that want to cheese the system simply close the game and re-launch to get around the built in respawn limitations of the mod. By restarting the game, you can re-summon into your friend’s world, instead of waiting for all other cooperators to die.
Getting bare fist backstabbed by a mimic tear was great. The Grand Lift bug is really weird. You can be in Caelid or something when another player accesses the lift and you'll be teleported to their location. You end up being the character in the cut scene instead of the other players. I can only imagine their reaction when that happens.
can you try out the crystalian ashes? I'd like to see how different spirit ashes fare in PvP Edit: Redmane Knight Ogha is a beast with his greatbow, I'd highly recommend giving him a shot. He's one of my favorite spirit summons.
From what I’ve seen from the mimic tear is that it mainly favors hybrid casters because it doesn’t keep your weapon for some reason. But it does keep your casting tool, so mimic is just a backliner/support summon, if it’s smart.
Stormhawk Deenh (picked up in the chapel of anticipation,) gives you an attack buff when you summon them.. and they fly, which makes it harder to hit. Might not be super tanky but well worth a try I think ❤
Hey, Chase, if you want a spirit that heals you, you might try the finger maiden spirit. As a human type, she has the i-frame dodge roll. She also attacks with holy pots, which do very little damage, but at least she keeps her distance. She will stay alive much longer than the finger creeper.
If you're going to keep trying out spirit ashes in Seamless Coop, I suggest trying the Horned Warrior Ashes. It basically feels like having a boss ally with you because of their poise.
7 hefty pots thrown this video, with chase tossing 3 and mimic tear tossing 4! I still wanna see a bug build of some kind if you can think of one, but all ik are the bleed bugs and ant rapier off the top of my head
Chase on essentially 0 latency is probably one of the most terrifying things to run into in the wild, the amount of back stabs and insane spacing is just not fair to probably over 95% of player base
F-Fire damage? Like Nanaya’s Torch??
Nanaya's business.
Poor guy
Now it's mid
Man it’s so lame we are trying to keep the st Trina’s torch meme going, it was dry as rust since the beginning.
we aren’t doing anything collectively
In today’s video, Chase oils himself up before taking on multiple people 😳😳
in a super hot encounter with multiple participants!
It’s the Diddy build
And then fingers them on occasion

Oh damn! They willingly chose that too, honestly respect it haha.

imagine if vanilla multiplayer were enhance...
they are so fun but I like a mix of them tbh
Oh to be a PC player… Xbox players in the corner weeping rn

Hey guys, Lit the bro here.
I'm pretty sure the reason your mimic tear isn't about to hit them is because there is a setting in the ini file to turn them off for seamless

Frenzy build soon?
Also one idea is maybe you could put (SCM) in parentheses next to the title if your using the Seamless Coop Mod.
Possibly an additional playlist that lists those videos separately, though they're probably worth having in the main playlist as well.
I've seen Midra's Flame used as a wake up. Would be cool to see Chase trying that out in a Feenzy Build.
