The Hyundai logo on the trunk (the upper side) is the button for the trunk release.
The badge on the trunk is a trunk release.
The Limited trim & up get LED headlights with Dynamic Bending Light that turn with the direction of the steering wheel & they have LED taillights as well. The SEL is the mid-level trim
The Limited edition has LED headlights/taillights. Don't expect to have the best on the base trim.
Monsieur Africain sel trim have led headlights? And what is running daytime lights or whatever?
Mc001Rem002, the SEL trim has Halogen Projector headlamps. However, like you said the daytime running lights on the SEL are LED.

To open the trunk is on the symbol but u can’t see it . It’s pretty cool
don’t upgrade the headlights because it I’ll no longer be covered by the manufactures warranty. The halos it comes with are great already plus it has the led fog lights which makes it look nicer. Don’t be an idiot making un necessary mods on a car like this

Ours is the sport. Metal flake black just like my truck. Personally, I think it’s a bit quicker than they talk about as well.
I don't think Sonata looks compact at all.
it has a button in the middle of the Hyundai emble on the back to open the trunk ..it comes with it of features inside standard apple play and android ..Its one of the safest cars out there ..There are holes next to the so call fog lights that are used for air dynamic .The car doors open almost 90 degrees the car is huge inside very spacious ..standard alloy wheels
Listen to this man when he says changing your bulbs to led makesyour car look so much better. I did for my 2014 accord and i love it.

Lol the battery is big......... i worked with batteries man that means nothing. The case sizes are universal. If you get a 35-6 northstar its like 3/4 the size and blows any oem battery out of the water. And i own this car i have for two years love the cheap luxury and its durable so far got 79 000 klm only thing i wish was that it had the V6 in the limited it would help in the city for acceleration sometimes the car feels to big needs alil more ooouummphh! Lol
I have the same car but the sport model in black. The wheels are way too small for so im ordering 19 Gloss black rims, gonna look hot with the tinted windows and duck tail spoiler I got.
This is pretty similar to my 2016 Optima. Those headlights can be a pain to replace because of the battery and fluid locations. Not impossible but it take a bit of work.

I have the 2018 Sonata and i also have the yellow lights. The accents look much sharper with the white. I want to match them and im afraid to do it myself. i dont want to break it. How much are led bulbs to get rid of the yellow ones ?

Corrections: the trunk release button is on the bottom of the "H" in the Hyundai logo. It's a base mid level, almost base model trim of the car, don't expect it to have everything the vehicle offers. Like I said it's not the highest trim level on the car so the seat aren't going to be Lamborghini stylish, and comparing halogens to HIDs and LEDs is stupid. You sound too privileged and amateur.
I think it's rather sad you're doing Hyundai a favor by reviewing a Sonata when they're screwing you with that Genesis - just saying..
This Sonata interior doesn't seem very competitive against the new Accord.
Danny The Accord is a brand-new redesign, this car just got a refresh. But I think that whatever Hyundai does with the next-gen Sonata will be more competitive with the Accord. Besides it still is very competitive given that you get more technology liked heated & cooled front seats & a heated steering wheel among other things at a more affordable price
