Why am I so obsessed with not just the show but with Martha? I'm like legitimately in love with her it's killing me, her face with the bangs just tugs at my heart every time I see it.
Ive watched this series twice now, but on Netflix it’s dubbed in English. Watching it with the actor’s real voices I feel like I’m watching it again for the first time because I can hear the real tone and expression even if I don’t know the actual language. Thank you for making these!!

I honestly think Alt Martha is the “original” Martha and Jonas is drawn to the Martha of his world because she reminds him of the other Martha. I could be wrong tho, but that’s what I felt
I agree, she’s certainly the original in terms of the family tree, this Martha is the ancestor of herself, Jonas and the other Martha. But what’s weird is Jonas falls in love with this Martha due to her resemblance to his world’s Martha. As Eva says, the connection between them can’t be severed, even when Adam kills his world’s Martha, because Jonas will always find this Martha and have a child with her, perpetuating the family tree. Their love is the glitch that preserves the loop, a love to strong and inexplicable it defies time, space and reality itself.
SPOILERS: But it’s not a dream!! It had to have happened in order for them to have been able to change the fate of Tannhaus’s family. If they were only a “dream” then they would not have been able to be “real enough” to affect the original reality and world

Now I'm confused again. If Adam truly wanted to stop the origin from being made, why did he send Magnus and Franziska to the Alt world to have Alt Martha save Jonas? Since bringing Jonas to Alt Martha's world leads to them having sex and creating the origin in the first place?
He needs certain events to happen before he feels confident killing her. I think he also wants to kill her with the energy of the God particle specifically....idk
Adam believes that he must repeat the events so that it will lead alt Martha and Adam in that very room where Adam will grandiously kill alt Martha with the God particle, via GP because Adam also believe that Only the directed energy of the apocalypse of both worlds will kill the origin (jonas + alt Martha child). And all this logic and reasoning of Adam will only be shown incorrect after he killed alt Martha and the collapse of both worlds never happened. Then Claudia showed up.

Adam world storyline kicks Eva world storyline’s ass. Perfectly exemplified with the scene of Ullrich attacking Helge.

the bootstrap paradox in Dark doesnt work like that. Adam already had the orb, that's how he leaves after killing Martha in the kitchen
