100 grams (2 Large) Eggs
100 grams (½ cup) Sugar
8 grams (1 ½ a tsp) Salt
100 grams (⅓ cup) Sourdough Starter
100 grams (¼ cup + 3 tbsp) Butter at room temp.
Apple Cinnamon Filling
1 ½ apples finely sliced
110 grams (½ bar) Cream Cheese
60 grams (2 tbsp) Butter
16 grams (2 tbsp) Ground Cinnamon
3 grams (½ tsp) Salt
