I have the GT6000 and have to say they are brilliant.
Can you fold the handles on the GT reels?
Would the 4000 model be any good for perch fishing 😊
I've got four GT 6000's .And can't fault them I love em .The drag is a proper quick drag .I've had mine since they came out and used them a lot .
Great reels mate!
Sorry to sound thick but I've always been a baitrunner angler, so was wondering how does the free spool function work on these? Thanks in advance.
Hi Gareth, the front drag acts as your freespool, the clutch itself is quicker than a conventional front drag so you can tighten up quicker.
Got the 6000 reels ,there ok about as good as a shimano 5500 if I'm being honest ,also have a pair of okuma inc 6000 reels ,honestly beats both but thought I'd treat myself to the nash reels
Would the 4000 be ok on 9ft rods ?????
Hi Kevin, yes for short range work mate
The rods are good the reels suck lool for the cool kids good marketing
