When you animate robots, monsters, or things, you have room to improvise, or even fail in some areas, but when you animate a human being, every single weir thing, or out of place movement will gonna jump into the eye of the person watching. Imo, Tracer's original dance is one of the hardest dance moves to animate. Edit: But I totally agree with you, Doomfist's dance emote seems to be out of character.
