Mike and the wiring was interesting as well figuring out those electrons and neutrons! The interview was a two thumbs up!! Hope you continue doing them! 😊 Thanks everyone for bringing this aircraft back to life!! BZ! ❤
Thanks for the update again this week Bill - things are moving forward for sure! Two steps forward, one step back, of course. Thanks also to Lefty for the interview with Maggie at the end!
Just summer in Texas. Yep,we’ve had 100+ for 6 weeks in the DFW area. Just dropped into the 90’s this week. You have my sympathies. I’m a retired AMT from American. I worked at the Alliance Maintenance right up until they closed it. Summers were a Bear in the hangar. We’d bust tail in the mornings and hide in the airplanes or back shops in the afternoons when we could.
G,day Bill and all the maintenance crew from Sydney Australia. Disappointing about the fuel tank leaking, it's frustrating I bet. The circuit breaker boards look great and the old wiring diagrams gave some confusion. Still 10 Amp (pop out) fuses between power supply and accessories. Q1. Are you drawing new wiring diagrams for fault finding. Will you start both engines together? 🌏🇦🇺
G,day John. As for the wiring diagrams, I will end up making new schematics for any original system that was modified and for all the new systems added to the aircraft. That documentation will be critical for future troubleshooting or additional modification.

Is that a Piasecki H-21 in the background?
Yes, and we need some folks to help refurbish it!
