Sir as u said ki gov. SC mein case krti h toh bhi assessee ko tax pay krna hoga but sir I have query regard those litigation expenses which spend on SC case? Can those expenses deduct anywhere?
Yes that can be deducted from the compensation received but in case no further compensation is received litigation expense could not be deducted.

COA and COI is replaced by WDV, in which no indexation is allowed.

Generally, Capital Loss aayega and govt. Is recognising it.
I will not pay a single penny as tax on full amount of capital gain , will pay only on the amount I received, what a mockery if one is poor how he/she will pay the tax without receiving. As an advocate I will fight it in the court. And on the next fiance bill govt will come with amendment that the assessee will only pay tax on the amount what received. Case laws will be Me Vs CIT 😂
