Man im so looking forward ti bhunna chicken. I tried a recipe thats brilliant. But ive never found it again. Has lots of cardimum black cardimum every spice basicly. But its the techniques i used that take it from average to brilliant. Its a two step process with spices added. Anyway its complicated takes 3 hrs.
Fish cakes are adorable. Thanks Bumbi for bringing them to limelight..I like them even more with added green chillies, finely chopped.That makes it a little tangy

Very nice, Bumbi, as always. I will make it here in Romania with fresh salmon, my friends in Sweden will make it with left over marinated salmon. Yes, Mr Potato binds it together. Mild Indian spices and super nice dip. For me this is a main dish. Thank you, all the best!
@@CurriesWithBumbi the marinated "gravadlax" salmon is just made with salt, sugar, crushed white pepper and lots of fresh dill. No vinegar or such. Rub a salmon half with the spices, or two, facing meat sides. Leave in the fridge for two days if they are thick, a bit less if thin. Normally it is eaten cold, thinly sliced, with a light mustard sauce or on Danish smorrebrod. My friends always do too much, so I tipped them about your fish cakes, that will be delicious!

You can use bhaja masala in any vegetable/bean curry as well. Just use it in place of garam masala powder or sprinkle it at the end of making a curry.

Any fish of your choice will work
I always use canned tuna chunks and also use beaten eggs 1ot 2 while mixing fish, potatoes, and herbs. You didn't use any eggs!
I feel eggs make it bit soggy so cornflour works best for me. Thanks for watching
