This help me a lot . Thanks you❤❤❤
You're welcome! I'm glad you found this video helpful! Thank you for your comment! 🫶✨
thank you so much for adding the phonetic alphabet, it helps me a lot😊😊😊
You're welcome! Most of my videos have phonetics. 🫶✨
This is very true! Trying to formulate sentences on your own can be a bit of a problem. It's like you know vocabulary and you know grammar rules, but the ability to form trains of thought on the fly can be challenging.
Once again, you knocked it out of the ballpark. ❤
Thank you Christopher ✨🫶. This is why writing will help your speaking skills. You'll get used to form sentences without being stressed by having to reply quickly to someone. And when you write, you're able to look for vocabulary and check verb conjugation. 🍀
This lesson is so helpful! Thanks for putting this together!
You're welcome! Thanks for your comments and support 🍀✨🫶
Merci
Je vous en prie ♥
I really appreciate that you use IPA! I used to have a lot of trouble with pronunciation…but now that I’ve learned the symbols (and where/how the sounds are made), it’s 1000x easier to pronounce words correctly! I wish more language teachers used it! Merci beaucoup.
You're welcome! I love phonetics, and most of my videos have them. I also think there's no better way to improve your French pronunciation than to learn phonetics and how to produce each sound. 🫶✨

I have a question,is it fine to just “mercie” or are there situations that you have to add it to a sentence?
Yes, you can simply say MERCI. "Je te remercie" and "je vous remercie" are just a bit more formal, and thoughtful.

When is "Je vous remercie" used? Is it the same situation with "Merci"?
You can use it in the same situation as "thank you". "Je vous remercie" is a formal expression; for informal situations, you can use "je te remercie". Both expressions are a little more polite and educated than "thank you". Personally, I like them a lot, as I find them more sincere and authentic. ✨🫶
@@LearnFrenchwithLexie I'll keep that in mind. Je te remercie. ☺
