Exploring McCormick's Creek | Indiana State Parks

- On a warmer than usual February day, we decided to get some much needed exercise by hiking trails 1, 2, 3, & 4 at Indiana's McCormick's Creek State Park. Highlights include McCormick's Cove Nature Preserve, McCormick Falls, the firetower, a flooded White River, and just an overall good adventure.

We love McCormick's Creek! The creek trail is the best... although it is usually pretty crowded! A Lot of North American Knucklehead sightings! Great Day Adventure guys!! Spring is nigh!!

There’s a lot of exposure over on my Facebook side my private group and my Funnel page gets around 400,000 views a year I’m currently just new to UA-cam platform I’ve been on Facebook groups as administrator since 2017 building that platform just Recently decided to get into UA-cam the platforms a little bit different man you guys are getting some amazing views of that river and then rock walls with a Waterfalls don’t just love creating I enjoy watching other creators and learn from them you guys are creating some awesome content
Always nice to hike trails you've never been on before even if they are slightly flooded,Lol. That's an interesting place with the old rock quarry and a beautiful area with the waterfall. Another great hike and video guys!

Looked like a lovely day to get out on these trails! We also had a glimpse into spring, but winter quickly let us know it was going to hang out for a bit longer 😅 Beautiful falls! Also hope that girl was okay that fell, ouch!

Those icicles at 6:20 look like little frozen bats. Looked like a neat place and a great hike!

I have a couple of part time canoe trails here in the spring... Yep keep those feet dry... Really nice hike my friends. Never can understand why one would go to the wilderness and want to blast what some people call music...
It was a fun hike! As for the music, yeah, young people. I used to blast music in the campground when I was young (which annoys me now) but never on the trail. Oh well, still enjoyed the adventure!
I like when they fell in the creek! That cold water teaches to watch where you step.

that was beautiful, great to see the quarry too. Interesting history for sure. Beautiful to see the creek and extra waterfall running down the side of the ravine too. I love this particular hike very much. It's really nice here, with it being so full of water. Oh I can't stand noise pollution...argh. So sad. The waterfall looked stunning as usual. Bummer about the fire tower.
The most interesting thing about that extra waterfall, is that I comes right out of the side of the hill! It's a spring. Definitely an overall beautiful area, thanks for watching, Nicole!

Wow! All the falls and the creek were amazing. Seeing the trail marker under water was really cool. When Catfish said that they were a subspecies of the NAK and they were evolving 😂🤣
At first, I was going to correct him and say they are *devolving*, LOL! But at least with the noise pollution, they do actually carry that out when they leave, so, I suppose that is progress!
