Sugar Creek also runs through Shades State park a few miles away. Same great hiking without the extra's like nature center and pool which means far fewer crowds. I've been there week day mornings and evenings and not seen a sole. Turkey Run is great but Shades is my favorite for hiking.
That one is on our list!!! We have not been there yet. I'm so happy to hear it is awesome! Thank you for the tips!! We have a trail bucket list, and keep trying to check off as many as we can.
Very nice job of showing the best of Turkey Run! I've been visiting it for 50 years. I take the easy trails now. 🙂
