- I don't own this clips and I don't support John K.
Shoutout to channels like lost coconut archive for the Spümco stuff.
If there are more voice roles that he did let me know.
A great voice actor, an inspired animator... a horrible, horrible person. I hope he gets healthy someday, but it's probably too late.
What exactly has he done? I’ve been seeing comments like this all over Ren and Stimpy videos but they don’t explain what he did.
@@marioncarbonell6047 He met and dated at least two of his fans. Both were underage. As if that wasn't bad enough, he was abusive. They lived miserably with John and his tempestuous personality.
@@fleetwoodvo8673 he had the chance to change. He had the chance to break the cycle. But he's a textbook case of generational trauma, among other things (the stuff you said). I'm SO glad he doesn't have any children (that we know of)
BUT he still inflicted that abuse onto other children who were not his own. Who he also groomed tf outta. So yeah, not a good guy.
Don't even go there, John is a monster
I find it ironic how John Kricfalusi ended up directing two Yogi Bear specials seeing how much he loathed working at Hannah Barbera.
He loathed working on Filmation. I don't know if he loathed working on HB. He actually liked the HB from the late 50s and early 60s. At least in those 2 yogi toons he had freedom with the style and the gags. Typical psycho-drama stuff.
There was one Hanna Barbera show he liked working on, which was the Jetsons revival. In that one you can see a precursor to his style. The other shows Hanna Barbera was working on, like Smurfs were what he didn’t like. Only a few shows in the 70’s and 80’s he enjoyed working on, like being a character designer on Heathcliff and The Catillac Cats.
It's funny how even though something from your childhood doesn't meet your own standards now, you still love it for what it was.
I think they were parodies.
I invited him to dinner after a con (before the scandal)to absorb some advice, he loved the early HB cartoons but after 1970 he felt that the quality went down hill. He loved yogi, so he decided to make it in the 60s way with Ed Bennett.
After hearing the horse voice, he would've been a GREAT fit for SpongeBob.
Btw Mr. Lawrence (Plankton's Voice Actor) had a small gig workin' on Ren & Stimpy
There's an episode of Mighty Mouse where there's a Peter Lorre mouse voiced by John K and it's essentially his Ren voice.
Yooooo in what episode?
@@billybollo4120 Well technically the mouse trio who usually hangs out with Scrappy are recurring characters including the Peter Lorre mouse but in particular the one I first watched was the episode Scrap-Happy.
Like it's not flat out Ren as I mis-remembered, it's just him doing a straight up Peter Lorre impression that can be seen as the building blocks to the Ren voice.
Man, his voice for Ren degraded in quality in APC. It's like he forgot how to do it, even though he created the character. The only thing that was funny from APC was the Mexican Elvis scene. "What home would be complete without Mexican Elvis."
Apparently he did that to make Ren sounds more Mature. Make sensei when you heard it again on An special animatic from the Cans without labels' DVD.
Still didn't sound right to me. Also, I thought Ren sounded mature enough in the original series and when Billy West took over.@@MrGametv1994
1:24 you cut out the Walrus’ line, “Call the police” 😂 I believe he’s voice by John too.
um actually the walrus line is Vincent Waller
I really like John K’s Boo boo 😂
I actually didn't know John K voiced Mr Horse, Stinky Whizzleteats and the fat lady
George is voiced by Mike Pataki. I dont think John did any voice acting for George in CWL
Well. Yes but actually no. In the beginning of Cans without labels the voice is from Mike Pataki. However the voice actor sadly died during the creation of the cartoon. And so in the ending of the cartoon George has John K's voice.
Here's proof:ua-cam.com/video/IG2p3GuuzjU/v-deo.html
@@billybollo4120 Wow I actually couldn’t tell that was John’s voice
@@billybollo4120 basically it's a similar situation on Roger Rabbit, where Mel did voice Sam but Joe came in because of Mel's elderly age and at the premiere, he said "Wow, they did a great job on what I gave them as Sam" in the final picture. Mel never knew that was Joe instead of him
@@danielgudinojuarez6729 Yeah. The only difference is that in cans without labels you can hear both voices. Pataki in the beginning and Krickfalusi in the end.
Huh. I heard he was on The X's before, but I didn't think the role was real. Wow. So surreal seeing it now.
0:53 What I'd like to do to the guy who green lit that Thomas the Tank Engine reboot
How a amazing voice actor and a talented animator could be so horrible?
Which cartoon is this?
0:00 - 0:03
It's Mighty Mouse the new adventures.
@@billybollo4120 John K is a monster and I prefer billy west as ren better
@@KENNYTHEGHOST777 Cringe
He was on the Xs show?!
He slowly turned into Megatron
How did I not know he voiced Ren?! I guess I only thought about Billy West and why he's not in APC.
What this music cue in 5:42 ?
Willy Nilly
Mexican elvis 💀
I don't remember john voicing george liquor
Well now you do
Is that really all of his roles?
Maybe. It's the voice roles that I could find. Maybe there's more.
@@billybollo4120 Alright then.
@@billybollo4120 He also did the voice of Stimpy in the Adult Party Cartoon, like how Billy West did the voice for Ren in the original show after John K got fired.
@@bombabombom3603 No, Eric Bauza did Stimpy's role in the Adult Party Cartoon as far as I can tell.
@@Infeabblevampire_0292 yes you're right sir
Kirk Douglas??? - 4:59 to 5:06
Well... That's explain X's cancelation.
It was cancelled because of low ratings, not for that, and...
¿Who rembembers that Cartoon, anywhay?
@@alcg1977 No, no, no It was Cancelled because John K shows up.
@@jaggerguth4391 proof?
@@alcg1977 Can't take a joke are you?
@@jaggerguth4391 idc, and that show was shit anywhay
ITS A PA-urrrrrrp-PAINTING OF MEXICAN ELVIS!
MEXICAN ELVIS, MORTYYYYYY
Ralph bakshi and john k😅
He was an off-screen voice in the Village Pantry commercial Spumco did as well
This man never was sane to begin with.
funny how this guy voiced in a show like the X’s of all things, considering it’s a show with an artstyle he’s known to hate
Was John Kricfalusi, replaced of voicing of Ren, and, Billy West is voicing both characters.
Where can I see the House and Ren fight? That was hilarious
Why is everyone, hate John Kricfalusi?
Search up John K's Allegations.
Oh, okay.
Because he was a straight man who dated his young, attractive, legally aged fans
What was that first clip?
It’s from Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures.
