Entrevista que a fã do Ricky,Maryellen traduziu(fez legenda). Essa é a entrevista polêmica em que Barbara força a barra para que Ricky confesse sua homossexualidade.
Well your music won't die Ricky. That's for sure! I was too young to really appreciate most of your hit songs and music videos, but now that i'm watching them on youtube i think it's amazing.. so much energy, talent and hard work has already made your music timeless
i've read his book and he fell deeply in love with a man whom he met in an interview, apparently the guy works in a radio station and ricky as an actor that time did an interview, and he described that moment as breathtaking..their eyes met and never separated, the relationship lasted for a while,he went back to mexico, the guy lives in LA and they would take turns seeing each other, until ricky decided to give up everything and he turned him down in a nice practical way..
@jppuertorico85 it WAS a boy...he said on OPRAH the only time he fell in love is with a boy when he was 21...and the guy didn't want him...thats why he's acting awkward in this interview...cause a MAN was his 1st love, he is uncomfortable talking about it.
Good riddance already BW, she destroyed RM career. BW and those on the view are the most negative people in media, they are not nice people. For decades nothing really worth while came from these peoples mouth.
Idk if anyone will see this, I was born in 95 and I did listen to Ricky a little growing up - but how did people in the 90s know he was gay and make that claim long before he came out? Just wondering
The interesting thing about this interview Ricky describes in his memoir Me that the person who turned him down was another man. Ricky also says he felt like Barbara Walters put him on the spot about his homosexuality. I think this interview basically proved Ricky is gay and sure enough he came out when he was ready to.
How come, u2 now Selena Quintanillas story stands as the cornerstone foundation of the present day Human Rights/Anti-Human trafficking, forced career, and Social Justice movements in a technologically advanced society. The modern day entertainment industry in particular the music industry as well as various communication and communications media have also been largely founded by those present involved in the production of these events which stand as a most severe matter. We see here in every instance the forced nature of the career of every female artist as well as others on hand in the most physically intrusive manners; who appear in this tejano so called racially commercialized and community destroying endeavour. Which has effectively silenced the voices of entire communities and the human rights movement as a whole. This behavior has continued till present day, simultaneously we see those personally accountable for what truly is a human catastrophe for all society as a whole and brazenly promotes complicity to an already at risk population. The abusive tactics used to intimidate persons vulnerable like Selena Quintanilla highlights the need for immediate societal education. Education on forced relationships, which clearly begets the norm here, and crime free atmospheres which are needed in an advanced tech society faced with long term accountability. Even one such instance resembling what we see here such as that of Ariana Grande has been globally lambasted for offensive volatility, why is this still being allowed in global silence here. Do good to be, question id imposition
She was so wrong about asking him directly if he was gay!

awww it's okay ricky has a family now
Lol I love that he didn't answer "she". XD
Leave him alone! It's not your life...it's his. He has every right to love whomever he wants.
He is a great lover . I mean genuine
I admire Ricky. He seems like a genuine, good soul. Gloria was right about enjoying it while you have got it.
I finally heard his voice singing in acapella
Barbara just wanted to ask these questions, she gave shit about the MUSIC, it was1999, the LATIN BOOM!
Why does ricky sounded so good in record but not in live?? I notice here that he's singing without that fine vibrato in the record of Maria
Ricky 🌻
