I live in south Louisiana and mud is a way of life for us because of rain and our soil is clay and sand, no rocks here. I never understood why so many tubers complain about MT's being too loud. of course they are loud and they are meant to be loud by their design. then they bring up these fake MT's like Milestar Patygonias or some other "Hybrid" tire that isn't a true MT's, they are only labeled MT because they are slightly better than an AT but they still suck in real mud.
i just bought a set of nitto mud grapplers 35x12.50x18 and 18 inch wheels i get them installed tomorrow afternoon and i cant wait !! and thanks for the honest review ..your review was exactly what i was looking for ..thanks n GOD BLESS !!!!!!!!
Was on the highway the other day and saw a jeep pull next to me with the same tires as my truck (Yokohama Geolanders) but the M/T version. They were so loud I could hear them with my windows up. I love the way they look but don’t think I could handle the noise. What do you think of the 2500HD?
Ditto on the Nitto off-road. They are Mud Grapplers after all! Good video, and I do appreciate all of the information on highway manners. But I'm not buying them for the noise, I'm buying them for the mud, and I could benefit from an honest off-road evaluation! Thank you!
This is late but beware brand new and next 20k miles they are perfect for off-roading and absolute animals but once you get to the “claw” performance drops
I respect your right to choose your tires and what you like. That's America. I was considering this tire for my primary offroad TJ. I have 33 KO2s on the less aggressive TJ. I find it somewhat difficult to enjoy the stereo now and I think that would be even more difficult with this much road noise. Of couse I drive topless nearly all the time. My question is about you saying you liked the noise. Really? Even if they were the best choice in all other areas I doubt I would actually like the increased road noise. I just sold a bobber street bike with straight pipes loud enough to wake the dead. My neighbors are still celebrating that thing gone. Is that how you are looking at this? I did appreciate that noise even though everyone else thought of it as annoying. I did gain a lot form this video and it did help. Thanks.
Hi Do you need some great lighting for your car to help you better driving, off-road. We're the pro auto lighting manufacturer for nearly 20 year and we're looking for sponsorship!
Hey, how much psi do you keep in your tires? I hear of some people running 15-20 psi below normal I guess to make them last longer. Is this normal? I’ve never owned a set before and just bought my first set today. Thankyou
Run them to what your door sticker says. Rotate every oil change in a cross pattern. They will last a long time. I seen 60k on them with a half ton truck
Depends on what vehicle etc etc you're putting them on. You don't have to run them at what your door says. And rotate every 2,500 miles. I have an older truck 98 Chevy 1500 and I run any actual aggressive mud tire such as the mud graps or the boggers etc... around 15-18 psi front and 12 psi rear. Rides beautifully. Mud tires will ride better at lower air pressure. Doesn't mean they have to be as low as I run them but if I run them at even 25 its noticeably rough compared to lower air.
Thanks for the response. I finally bought my first set soon after posting the first comment. I love them. I had the tire inflate to 45 psi. That might be a little bit too high and I will deflate them some and try that. I Love the sound. I have them mounted on a 2500 and I’m finally glad to be apart of the Nitto Mud Grappler community.

That’s why we have music
So how are they working for you off-road? Love to hear your thoughts/opinions on that.

explains why alot sell them b4 that😂
I can get 40-45k on a half ton. Rotate every 3k miles and watch air pressure.

What would you recommend air pressure to be on a 35x12.5x18 on a 2017 Silverado 1500
32-35 psi
I love the loudness. I wonder why they are a lot louder on the 2500? I just ordered some in 35” for my wrangler, I hope they are loud
The weight they’re being more compressed than on a 1/2 ton or jeep
Hell yea that’s why I buy them because of the noise
First of all, greetings from Turkey. You haven't posted a video for a long time. I hope you are well and all is well.
