Might be worth taking off excess powder with a soft brush ? Gotta try this.... 😁
An alternative method is to blast or clean. Heat part to 400 then shake on hot. Powder will melt instantly and oil won’t act as a separating agent. Pristine surface is best. Any oil or solvent on the part and it will chip. Just my two cents
