Bought mine a couples months ago from a 2019 equinox. The 19 was a Premier the 25 is a midnight. The tires and speakers are horrible. I got stuck twice in snow with the stock tires upgraded to a little more aggressive tire and that solved that problem. But as far as not putting bose in any trim is a bad idea. I suppose once they make something to replace it I'll be buying that next. Other than that and the fact that the leather in the last generation was way nicer. I like it for my work car.
The ICE Equinox doesn’t need a hybrid, they literally sell an EV Equinox for that. Otherwise you overlap and cannibalize sales. Gotta take in the entire line in order to understand the approach. The Equinox has been a sales leader for GM for over a decade for a reason.
@@brandonhodnett5420 I have to disagree. A hybrid would not cannibalize sales of the EV. It would be a good middle ground in between gas and electric for those that want more efficiency but have range anxiety or don’t have a place to plug in at home
The hypothetical Equinox hybrid would not cannibalize sales of Equinox EV. You are assuming that GM is the only player in the market. The Tucson hybrid, Sportage hybrid, CX-50 hybrid, Crown Signia hybrid, and soon Forester hybrid (all high quality, high tech and refined vehicles) are the ones to cannibalize the sale of Equinox. GM is losing market to Japanese and Korean hybrids, and its happening right now, because people are not ready to completely switch to EVs.
It may be a sales leader for GM, but as others have pointed out, the Equinox is still losing market share to competitors (-22% in 2023 vs 2022). A new model may boost sales for the 2025 model year, but when the competition is offering a hybrid, and the customer is looking for a hybrid, why would they cross shop it with the Equinox?
Stop always favoring others brands more then GM , GM is a great company and brand and the 4cly are reliable! And enough HP than you need you are not racing your driving.
Assembled in Mexico. It's not a great company. GM has already screwed the taxpayers, its bondholders and shareholders to the tune of many tens of billions of dollars. It is teetering again.
Special thanks to our Patreons for their support of the channel! Equinox or CRV?
CRV without a question
@ same
@@dwnshft CRV is miles better than this and specially it Even has freaking hybrid option. Which this doesn't.
@ lol yuppp we talk about that quite a bit in the head-to-head that’ll come out later

junk, yuck. get yourself a RAV4, CRV or a Mazda CX-5 for same money.
Those are all more money. Base Equinox you are saving 2k-5k at least for much better features.
