I'm on my "3rd" island now (deleted my release day island after 3 months bc I ended up hating the map and got a 2nd switch after some years :)) and I was map hunting for half a day 😂 in the end, it was super worth it. I love my island sm; maybe 40% finished now :)
@fridabuns yeeess, I was totally underestimating the progress 🤣 my main criteria was as many rocks as possible at the beaches, a river mouth at one side, didn't matter which one, and an orange airport. Oh and resident services should be not too close 😅 In the end, the only thing I had to compromise for was the fruits. I didn't want apples again, like on my previous island but the stones were too perfect and I wouldn't change a thing anymore 🤣 Plus, I fell in love with my jock, Lyman, which I called ugly before 🤫🫢🤣🤣

I’m thinking about restarting but I really don’t want to, I hate the location of my resident services it’s so close to the airport but my island has 5 of my dreamies, all fruit except apples, house with all loans except basement paid and completed hhp :( I don’t know what do because I just wish I could move resident services further back and then I wouldn’t have any problems, what should I do?
aw noo that’s such a hard decision! idk if you feel comfy to go to treasure islands, but there are tons over on twitch, so you could always get the money and fruit back quickly there! and as for villagers, it might be hard/take a while but you can def get them back. but i understand if that seems like a rly big task. do you have any specific ideas in mind for the res services? maybe you could look up ideas for close resident services on pinterest or youtube and find something that might be cute for your island if you don’t want to go through the process of restarting!💞
I want to restart just my island, couldn’t even bring myself to do that. I’ve been playing on and off without time traveling for what, 3 years now. I just organized my flowers trees, leveled it all, moved all shops to the edge , and am rebuilding.
I still haven’t finished the museum 😂 I need 2 beetles that can only be caught July August. I’ve hunted every July and august since I started playing. I’m determined this year. I’m not waiting another year. I’ve hunted in the past of course, I’ve got models of most of the rare Beatles except for these specific two. Gold stag , and something else.

I was working on my island and I have made 20 hours of progress, it may not be much but I had to restart since the villagers didn't want to get the f out my islanf and to be fair I had some pretty bad villagers anf quite ugly. After many tries I got an perfect island aswell as some better villager in the start. Well maybe exept just one starter villager that is bad but compared to other 5 bad villagers, one isn't that bad I assume. I might just give trash to that one villager as present until they move out, might take ages but hey. So that was my reason why I restarted, what's yours?

hey! so i mostly use an order-bot by berichan, they have a discord channel where you can order things with an application for pc! it’s so so handy and i def recommend them! there’s youtube tutorials for how to use the bot, just search berichan acnh order bot. if i ever use a “real” treasure island, i always just use TreasureIslands on twitch but there’s a pretty long wait time oftentimes and other people come in and out of the island…that’s why i love the order-bot where you don’t have those issues hehe 🥰
Very calming voice and cozy Video vibe. Liked it very much. Clicking abo-button was a No-brainer. In Case you dont know, the flower is compared to the Birthday month. For example: I have janurary, so my flowers are ALWAYS Mums, Pansies or Windflowers. Nothing else possible. I would die for lillies.

oooo forestcore is nice! do you mean for any specific area or villager-wise or color scheme or name-wise? i feel like forestcore has lots of wooded areas ofc and maybe a few lookouts and cute terraforming! and as for villagers i feel like villagers that would actually live in the forest would be cute, like maple, grizzly, fauna, sylvana, maybe robin etc! and colors you can def experiment with a few but i feel like green, white and brown are just staples! and names are sooo many good ones, like definitely any name with -wood at the end, like oakwood, maplewood, elmwood, birchwood etc or plants that are in the forest, like fern or clover etc. or a combo like fernwood (that’s what my first forestcore island was called hehe)🥰
