  • The 4430 is down so I'm having to disk with the 3020 and the small AW disk. It is a slow go but the AW is doing a great job. We will keep plugging away and will have it ready for planting soon!!

That disc is nicely matched to the 3020. I have a 10 foot disc I use behind my 1650, which is similar in horsepower to your 3020. It's my back up rig, now that I have the White 2-110 and a 15 ft Krause disc. I use the 10 footer mainly to chop corn stalks in the fall, but used it for tillage disking 2 years ago when I had a bearing out on the Krause.

They are a nice match. I really enjoyed using the 3020. It's my favorite tractor to drive. And the disk does a great job. Thanks for watching!!

This disc is new to me. I have a JD KBA that my dad bought new in 1969. It is flat worn out. So I bought this one this spring. Haven't had to work on it yet. Thanks for watching!!

Can you dig a small pond and drain some of the area to be able to till more?

That is a possibility. I have seen that. I looked into getting it tiled, but that's about $1000 an acre. It's only about 1/4 acre, so I just go around it. Lol Thanks for watching!!

I always want to ride along! I'm getting caught up on videos but what happened to the 4430?

It sprung a water leak. It was blowing water out and it looked like it was coming from the exhaust side of the turbo. It was still running ok, but I knew that couldn't be good. The water seemed a little oily. I didn't really have time to tear into it so I just parked it. I have since got it home and put some water in it. Check everything and put some water in it. At an idle it is poring water. Its, not coming out of the turbo, but is leaking onto it. I can't really see where it is coming from. Haven't done anything else yet. I need to pull the hood off to see better. I don't know if it a like or if it's a cracked water manifold. But not as bad as I first thought. But with the coolant system pressurized it was blowing water. I guess it was just blowing on the turbo in a way it looked like it was coming out of it.

@@stinsonfarms6724 , you've got the manifold up here that holds your thermostats. Maybe it's just something up there leaking.

Good 3020 would be nice to have a little bigger disk and some weight to it

I was puling a 12ft international until a bearing went out. The little disk was all I had left. Lol Thanks for watching!!
