We used to use it, but being able to consistently get 2 strong charges + strong wide slash on openings instead of 2 crit draws adds up a lot. There's also a lot of times where previously we would get a crit draw and stagger the head but not do the followup strong wide slash on the stagger animation because it usually wasn't worth it with a crit draw set. Optimising these scenarios leads to unsheathed being stronger because the combo is just so strong.

How you fit all that on a talisman
It's a tenderizer+6 expert+10 ooo. You can make this set with some worse ones though.
