If you haven't suffered a bit then you haven't given you a chance to know yourself. I imagine the tribulations are rougher when you're somewhat of a public figure
I've watched plenty of endurance races in history, but watching this youtube video gives me goosebumbs. You do not need a quick car to show the heart of endurance racing. The story you are telling, the highs and lows you have been through, the anger and passion is what makes endurance racing, endurance racing. Wow, Misha, Steve and Jimmy you've got something special on your hands
This is one of the best videos you’ve made mate. It was genuinely like watching a suspenseful documentary. All I can say is that shit happens, doesn’t matter wether you’re on track or off. The character of a man is not judged by how he is knocked down but how he picks himself up and keeps charging forward. Great effort all round. This is why we watch your videos mate.
Racing team mechanics are literal God's, the stuff that they can accomplish in such a short space of time is unbelievable. So proud of you and the team! Fingers crossed you get some luck next time though!
Man good on you for getting out of your own head after the crashes. I know how hard it is to bounce back from a crash and to do it as quick as you did is fantastic. Wish I could be there to support in person.
I can only imagine the stressful emotions after so much bad luck… doesn’t matter it wasn’t all your fault… anyone would be shaken, not everyone could get back in the RACE CAR. RESPECT 🫡
@@jonathanhansen7734 I can speak from experience: Hitting a wall will shake you, getting back in a car as quick as possible is imperative. Even if you only go out at 7/10th, you gotta get your legs back under you. The fact he did it this quick is unreal. The mental fortitude is no joke.
The thing I love most about this is how the racing spirit is very much alive. All the other teams pitching in to get a car into the race. Awesome stuff. Everything else that happened "that's racing"
I was the guy getting his copy of GT7 signed by all three of you. Gotta say I’m very happy for all of you for pulling of one hell of a job all weekend. Was the coolest sh*t ever rooting for the team every single lap with all the ups and downs on Saturday and Sunday!
Honestly, if you told me a few years ago that a bunch of youtubers/sim racers would take on the Nordschleife (of all tracks) in a proper race, in a proper race car, against proper pilots, I would have probably thought it was either a mental proposition or a marketing stunt. I have to say, you all did an impeccable job. If you think about it, none of you really made a single mistake, everything that happened to you truly was just bad luck, common racing incidents, mechanical problems or collateral effects from someone else's mistakes. You guys were clean, fast and composed at all times. Mad props to the 3 of you and to the whole team.
The whole weekend was a massive succes Misha, even with all the broken bumpers and loose wheels. Jimmys stream had more viewers than the official (english) stream, and even there a lot of ppl in livechat where just there for you guys. The marketing boys and girls at Bilstein should have a party and order some bumpers and wheels for next year in advance ;)
It was a monstrous effort not only from Black Falcon, but for you, Jimmer and Steve too. That was a baptism of fire, but I'm excited to see the next hopefully drama-free race!
So Bilstein, Black Falcon and Adrenaline Motorsport were awesome. To be honest, I think most of us already knew that. What we didn't know was just how amazing the three of you are together, as a team. Was fortunate enough to be on holiday at the time so I could stay up and watch the coverage, something that I'm never going to forget.

Congratulations to you and the team on a great result. Especially in light of all the challenges. I'm looking forward to your progressing to even more, and spectacular, results.
So nice to see team work. The name Bilstein resonates with me. Im 52 years of age and when I was in school some 40 years ago we use to follow rallying and Bilstein suspension in Ford Escorts were the name to be seen with in the Welsh Mountains.
I was watching live during that first unfortunate incident, and I'm glad to see that everything turned out fine. I had a great time watching you guys persevere!
As a fam, I have to say we are so proud of you!! You've been challeging yourself and the car, and that's what being a driver is all about! Much respect
Most people just see the finish order or the pace difference and think that it's the whole story. He's just slow. But to face all the adversity with the car and the track and the incidents and misfortune and not quit and help the team to finish the race. THAT is the Racing spirit you need and embody and you should be very proud. If you had given up any of those times you had the opportunity, you wouldn't be a racing driver, but you powered through. Good on ya Mate. Great result and dedication regardless of the challenges.
I love how detailed and honest you are. Everyone on this team contributes their own style and perspective, but it's really hard not to enjoy your videos more. And I've been following all you guys for years now so there's no bias there. Was super pumped when you announced you would be racing here as a team. I had read between the lines and knew you were all working towards it, but for it to come to fruition is really something special. Super happy for you and wish you the best of luck in the future.
Misha, Jimmy & Steve honestly couldn’t be happier when I heard that this team was forming, literally having subscribed to all 3 & been watching your channels for a while now it is awesome to see the dream team in action. Inspirational stuff, it looks like you’ve all been working really hard, including your team & seriously wishing you all the best in your journeys. Thank you 🤓
Epic story! Well done to the drivers, well done to Black Falcon with their miraculous feat of engineering and management, and well done to Bilstein for their gracious support and belief in the team. You did your best Misha. These things happen in motorsport unfortunately. The team went above and beyond to make sure you all got to live out the dream bilstein has afforded you all. Keep up the work and can't wait for the next race
That crash... So unfortunate. You can see Steve is pretty cautious and turns the car consistently. The way it snapped tells me tire/suspension failure and of course oil, like mentioned. I'm not an engineer but you see Steve is very calm with his steering at the moment where he lost it. I can't believe it was his input that caused it. You all did an amazing job getting this far and you should be proud of yourself. You all started from being youtubers, just doing what you do, and you got here. This is racing, the ups the downs, all of it. I have a background in Motorsport (nothing as cool as being on the ring) and can completely relate. Props for the transparency with admitting your mistakes (they happen to literally everyone) and for you as well as the whole teams resilience! Stuff happens and you can’t give up! Your team is stronger for having made it through this! Keep up the hard work, the results will follow!
I completely understand your frustation, it was quite the weekend after all! Just glad that everyone is okay and that you guys managed to finish the race. Also big props to Bilstein for being an AMAZING team and supporting you guys all the way through, more companies should be like this!!
I work at a bmw specialist for body work and what they did in the time they did it is very impressive. Hats off to the team and others that helped. Makes me want to go work for someone like that too bad theres no race teams near me.
This is a beautiful start to an encouraging future for all three of you. This is the stuff that creates very capable racers, when the chips are down, you stay cool, collected, and level-headed, there will always be things out of your control, mechanically and human. That's racing. Very cool that the team is backed by some very skilled and capable people.. Black Falcon, and Bilstein.
Having been to a dozen or more endurance races (as a spectator), including blagging our way into the pits for a 24hour race at Spa, I am in awe that you managed to finish at all especially with the issues you had and worked through for all those high pressure hours. Just finishing a endurance race is an acheivement it itself. It truly is a team effort. I think for an endurance race this motto is perfect: "Never Give Up, Never Surrender"
This literally is what I dreamt most nights when I was young and I’m sure for most! Absolutely incredible…the most amazing thing is how you teach frustration and remain focused and humble. Bravo 👏 looking forward to watching the next race
That was a lot of unlucky moments, the never give up attitude from both Black Falcon and all of you was amazing! Hopefully the next one goes much smoother!
I know a lot of race mechanics, one for corvette racing, a few nascar guys, a few top fuel guys, a ton of prodrift support, and they all have one thing in common; absolutely savage mechanical skills, flawless team coordination, and a love for competition. Good effort despite the hiccups.
been there.... V8 intruder with speed differential at night, came in to late brake as I enter a hairpin turn at the end off the front stretch in a Miata. Couldn't hold my line now and the marbles took me for a ride. Its part of racing..... keep on keepin on.
Utter congratulations for finishing after all the hardships and challenges. Overcoming adversity like that shows just how good the team is and how well it functions - kudos to the other teams for helping keep you on track . Awesome .👌👌🏴🏴
Even though you didnt have a racing background, you are a true racing driver. Absolutely amazing job Misha, great job even with all these unlucky faults and crashes. Greetings from Romania, i cant wait to drive on the nordschleife one day!
The whole weekend was such a rollercoaster. I was glued to the Bilstein/Doorbent Livestream on my Laptop, while having the Official race stream on my TV. I had a window with live timings open... Wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!! What all of you acomplished that weekend was insane. Yes the Bilstein/Blackfalcon team where fighting to keep the car in the race, but you guys did too. And what a sight to behold it was. It was one of the most entertaining races i can remember. Loved every second of it. Now... You Misha... You had a few crashes that got in your head. By themselves they where hard enough to just get back on the horse. But in your case you also have Meggy there now. You have everything to loose... And that, i bet played a big part too. You fought as a lion. Those dark hours on the first day. You could feel on our end how you fought. And on day two, you had all odds against you. Fatigued and somewhat demoralized. Car acting all crazy. Yet you brought her home. Not just that, but actually P5! Wow!!! You guys make an amazing team. And i hope to see many many more races with the 3 of you as a team. You are just as much a part of the team as Jimmy or Steve or the guys in the Pit are. This was the first 12hr Race. Well 2x6 but anyways... What you did was amazing. You had a few shares of downs... but they always come... And so do the Ups... Can't wait to see more. 🙂 Greetings from Denmark And thanks for an awesome weekend. 😀
For me the most uplifting part of this video was to see your girlfriend's reactions and how joyful, proud and relieved she was for you. You could see she genuinely loves you, and that's awesome.
Nice work dude, shows great character to come through all that still smiling. Great team effort, Great individual effort too. Makes for a fantastic watch too love this
Whenever i see you (and her) into racing, you shine a different light... like the light of what you are born to do... (you recall me of the amazing book titled "the art of racing in the rain by Garth Stein)
If you slow down the footage at 7:40, you can see there's staining where it's rubbered in on the surface. Also, you can see the car begin to rotate after the car is settled over the crest. I don't know of too many drivers, if any, who could rectify that. Also, the chemistry between the three of you guys, and the story of three UA-camrs, who all started from such humble beginnings so long ago, living this rollercoaster fantasy, I hope you three stick together for a long time. This was incredible to watch, especially as someone who has been as downtrodden as I have, you have no idea how much of an inspiration this is. This is for the history books.
This is racing... Not much more to say. I was a team helper/mechanic (SSP 600 IDM, Yamaha R6 Cup and then again SSP 600 IDM) and later raced motobikes myself (SSP 600) back in the days and we had some quite "interesting" events. Its a hard job for everyone and you need to WANT to do this. Keep on living your dream! Its a waste of time, a waste of money, risking your health or even your life, but in the end its just pure passion and it really can be rewarding, Cheers
Congratulations on finishing the race. You cannot make half that stuff out even if you try, racing is not easy and not for the weak. You guys make a great team and should be thankful for all the great moments, team members, other teams and sponsors for lending a hand. Everyone around you wanted you to finish the race including us fans and you guys did. Bravo 🎉
Misha, I can appreciate how the repeated hardships during the event, and the fact that the car prevented you from driving at what you feel is your true potential, could temporarily eclipse the your team's achievement. But it was so nice to hear that once your head cleared you were able to see what an achievement it was to come back after all of those setbacks. From the audience perspective we know had these incidents not plagued your team that you and your co-drivers would have been able to operate at your true skill level. I hope to see you and Black Falcon race next year.
Truly inspiring🙏. I’m a sim racer and occasionally take my car to the track a couple times a year but for people like me it’s cool to see that maybe one day we can find our way out there.
You did a great job dragging the car to the end, and mission accomplished finishing the race through it all honestly. I was there in the chat for those final stints when it was clear you were dealing with technical issues and I think most people there knew you were dealing with something out of your control. And now for all the other races you don't have to worry about what you'll do if everything goes wrong, because it sounds like it already did!
Doing deals with other teams and using one of the sponsor's cars as a donor to participate in the race -> These are the stories we love to hear about racing! Also, cheers to the sponsors for getting this fantastic trio to race professionally on the 'ring!
It was a good weekend to be a spectator. So cool to see you guys racing, at times you could even see who the more experienced driver was. Great video Misha!
We're very proud of you Misha and your enthusiasm and bravery to keep on getting back up on that horse. Well done to the teeam, Black Falcon and Bilstein! Keep on doing your best, that's all you can do!
Hey Misha, what a great watch - started watching and couldn’t put it down! Yes it is ‘only’ motor racing, and they are ‘first world problems’ but loved the story, the theatre, the camaraderie, the team work, the passion, overcoming the odds and the joy of the team and the support of your partner! What a great team effort! Keep up the great work buddy! 👊🏼
First video I've seen from you pal, what an absolutely massive testament to your tenacity and perseverance. When many people would've curled up and wanted the ground to swallow them you stood up and pushed forward regardless. What a performance from all drivers, Blistein & Black Falcon. Truly up against it and still performing.
Laughed my ass off when my goofy face appeared on screen having my photo taken with the three amigos @11.40. What a great event to witness in person, and can confirm Misha is every bit as friendly and down to earth as he is on screen. 👊
You all did amazing. Felt bad for Misha; just could catch a break at all. The last stint of the 2nd race it's obvious the car was suffering, although I'm impressed it kept going despite taking so many big hits, says a lot for the prep by Black Falcon that it managed to finished despite all the impacts it took. And for Misha to nurse it home despite how insanely frustrating it must have been after everything that had happened, it's very easy to let frustrations cloud the mind.
This is how great memories are made.
And how great men are made 😊

I completely understand your frustation, it was quite the weekend after all! Just glad that everyone is okay and that you guys managed to finish the race. Also big props to Bilstein for being an AMAZING team and supporting you guys all the way through, more companies should be like this!!
I work at a bmw specialist for body work and what they did in the time they did it is very impressive. Hats off to the team and others that helped. Makes me want to go work for someone like that too bad theres no race teams near me.
This is the spirit of endurance racing. These stories are what really makes endurance racing such an incredible sport. Well done.
The tough world of car racing.. Thank you for sharing and good job despite all the bad things that happened
I am so proud of you. Proud to all of you. Thx Bilstein. Thx guys. It was so hard but you don't give up. You are so AWESOME. ❤ from Czech rep.
Congrats to the whole team, drivers and mechanics for finishing the race
Some ppl just see some guys driving around at a track but this story conveys the journey and emotion of racing perfectly.
been there....
Even though it was a massively stressful experience, nobody was hurt and you made memories with people that will last forever. Well Done Misha!
My goodness M! Been watchin you 3 for years...from dreams being dreamt to becoming reality, congrats to you all!!!
keep on going bro, you're doing fine, dont lose hope, just keep going for the fans and the Bilstein! BRAVO!
Just shows how much racing is a TEAM sport.
Incredible effort by everyone 👏💪
Greetings from Denmark
And thanks for an awesome weekend. 😀
For me the most uplifting part of this video was to see your girlfriend's reactions and how joyful, proud and relieved she was for you. You could see she genuinely loves you, and that's awesome.
Steady on.. . 😒
@@sonicstep Huh?
Misha you are looking better than ever! Saw an old video of yours yesterday, watched this after and the difference is big
An honest man and an honest race car driver! Misha just keep pushing! Your awesome!!!
Bravo 🎉
Sometimes we all need the perception of others to put what's in our heads into perspective.
It is a great result. The whole team can be very proud.
The true definition of a team right here! Anything you can learn from is a positive Misha, keep on pushing forward.
Great job given impossible circumstances! Your whole team is incredible!
Endurance racing is so stressful. Props on you guys to finishing it!
It is the ultimate test to the teams, skills, cars, and luck.
Don't stop believeing in your dreams. And never give up. Always keep punish forward until you finally succeed. Excellent video❤
Doing deals with other teams and using one of the sponsor's cars as a donor to participate in the race -> These are the stories we love to hear about racing!
Also, cheers to the sponsors for getting this fantastic trio to race professionally on the 'ring!
I really like Bilsteins commitment to this project. So many challenges that the team overcame. We are with you Misha and company. Best wishes truly!!
Congrats bro and the whole team! for finishing the race against all odds. Great drivers are created like this. Best of luck for the upcoming 4 H!!
As the saying goes..”What doesn’t kill you will only make you stronger”. What a great team who work so well together.
What a rollercoaster of a race, but all it's part of the experience.
Head down and keep thriving in this beautiful sport.
Cheers from afar.
This is the beginning of a hero , we love you and we support you and i really hope to take a hot lap with you in the nürbergring
This man is on fire! Great effort all around. Even greater story. Congratulations lads.
what a vvideo thank you so much for all the content!
On the edge of my seat over here, amazing story! Despite the odds, congratulations on finishing the race!
