Diablo absolutely goat plugin. I use it on the whole drum section for an overdriven hip-hop sound. Also good for parallel injection on 808, I love this effect
Vital - free wavetable synth comparable to Serum. Perfect for doing your own sound design. I know some would rather leave this synth to us dubstep/EDM producers but trust me once you learn how to do sound design you can make pretty much any sound you want. Analog Lab Play - a library of 100(?) presets from Arturia's Analog Lab V collection. It's a lot less customizable than V Collection but still packs a punch. Kilohearts Essentials - 30 FREE effects plugins that may look small but pack a ton of punch.
Ok but how are the vsts for sound design. Like i know harmor and sytrus have loads of nobs and sliders for sound design. Great plugins btw very nice presets👌

Corny synth with like 50 presets total: "loads of sounds" to cook up fire. On the other hand even the free Diablo plugin is a quality Kick (or even Snare and HiHat) enhancer. The Full Diablo plugin has loads of different parameters and effects.
