You should make the point that cTnT is not cardiac specific . It is also released by diseased skeletal muscle.

0.0004 is so low it usually can't even be detected with a blood test. The avergae range is 0.01 ng/ml (again, so low that it's not detectable by the blood test) Once it's detected, then that probably means there is an injury to the heart.
