He then pushes him into a rock, with Piccolo thinking Gohan is dead. But Gohan is not dead. Gohan then tells Cell to stop the fight as it is pointless. But Cell says it isn't. Gohan tells Cell when he was little, he had a hidden power embedded deep within him. Then he says that if he were to lose his cool now, then there's no telling what he would do. Cell then laughs, calling Gohan's bluff. Intrigued by this, Cell decides that now he is going to push Gohan to become angry. He punches him for a bit, even stepping on him. But that does not work, however and Gohan punches Cell in the mouth, drawing blood. Cell then blasts a bunch of beams at him, but Gohan dodges all of them. Krillin then assumes that those are one of Frieza's attacks. To distract him and catch him off-guard, Cell then flies after Gohan. On the desert floor, Cell wants Gohan to get angry. He decides to inflict pain upon Gohan's body. He grabs Gohan and squeezes him hard in a Bone Crushing Bear Hug, with Gohan screaming in pain. Piccolo is furious at this and tells Goku to help him, but Goku refuses. Piccolo then says that Gohan is not a fighter like him and does not have a warriors strength nor stomach. Goku is then convinced by Piccolo's words and asks Krillin to give him a Senzu bean. Cell then drops Gohan, telling that if his own pain can't get him angry, then maybe the pain of his friends will. Gohan screams at Cell to stop as Cell flies to the Z-Fighters. He takes the Senzu Beans out of Krillin's hands. Gohan tries to attack, but that fails. 16 decides to jump in and traps Cell in his own bear-hug.

I would to see a beam struggle between the Old Broly and Super Perfect Cell, Broly's Omega Blaster against Cell's Solar Kamehameha and also Broly's Omega Blaster against Teen Gohan's Father-son Kamehameha, with both arms.
