Even people who are not masked sometimes have secret intentions that are not good in their hearts. Moreover, a person who deliberately wears a mask in public and hides his identity can be sure to have evil intentions and a shameful personality.
He was asking meaning of Prophet, well answered with etymology, yet he challenges the meaning.
If you challenge a meaning, you should have a point to begin with.
If not, you will start to question every word, why is it called Jannah? Why Jahannum? Why Tariq? Why Earth? Muhammad? Etc. etc.
