    What taste the most like regular raw milk? WB one PC? I am looking to do this with my raw goats milk for when I dry my girls up before kidding.

      Both waterbath and pressure canned milk kind of taste like a mixture of raw milk mixed with store-bought, canned carnation evaporated milk… Not as thick as carnation, but kind of that taste. If you decide to do pressure canning you’ll want to heat it up slowly if not it will give it a dart caramel color, which is still good but if you want it to be white like milk you want to heat it up slower.
