Nothing is new, in the 60's we used to use hula hoops decorated in a similar fashion for Christmas decorations. This is just an updated version of that.
All ideas are beautiful. The hula hoops may be $1 but you are spending $80 worth of flowers makes 0 sense to me. Why would you put a mirror down then cover it in flowers.😢

The flowers were put with zip tied and stucked in the pool noodle.
