Dogs are part of the family for sure. there is plenty more to practice on but atleast you took the time to try. thanks for making my morning coffee more peaceful.
Busy with those skins is a good thing. So glad to see Roscoe will be okay. What a good and faithful little guy he is. It looks like in a couple days or so you all will be getting a freeze snap again 🥶🥶
Saying a little prayer for Ole roscoe, I'm glad he is doing good
Sure Glad Roscoe is OK.
You could make a video of making my knife Friend. Have a great day!
Oh no! Sweet Roscoe. ❤ Prayers he's back to his old self soon! Yes indeed, all of my fur babies were/is like my child. Heck, my Agnes I like a whole lots better than some people. I know that scared you before you knew he was okay. It'll make your heart skip a beat. Y'all take care.
The thick hide would make a nice scabbard for that big lever gun . I like your videos the one about false witnesses really touched my heart, I got to do better ! I was not expecting that! Thank you !
OMG prayers for Roscoe 🙏. I know what he means to you brother.
Really u didn’t a bad job at all. Yes you can eat the tail. I’ve seen it deep fried and in a cast iron skillet. Happy to hear Roscoe’s doing better. 🙏
I'm happy Roscoes,ok, I never thought about putting a electric sander on a hide,I learn me something everyday, guess this old 58 Year old dog can learn something, have good day Justin
Man I hope you’re little dog heals up quickly. I got one just like him and we found out he’s diabetic and it’s awful. But he’s 12 years old. On a lighter note you’ll like this his name is Marcel. Love your work hoss.
Nice Justin
Give ol Roscoe a piece of deer meat and a pat on the head and tell him he’ll live to hunt again! Excellent tutorial on skinning, knife king! We all need to know them kind of skills!
I really enjoy your content, peace ✌️
The beaver tail would make you a sweet forage pouch for mushrooms. Just a thought.
thanks for sharing brother

Our puppy dog family are far better and far more caring to us than 95% of people we are aroun from day to day so yes we love them they are family
It would be a bad day if someone came here and miss treated our puppy lots of people don’t understand that and have to find out the hard way. Amen we take care of the ones who love us
im fully aware of the connection with one of them dogs ive got a catahoula that lived with me in my semi truck he got hit by a car while we was gettin some work done on the truck and actually lost one of his front legs so now i got a 3 legged dog but im still attached too
You busier than a one armed paper hanger. Lord I almost had a stroke when you said Roscoe got run over. Thank God he's okay. Let him know Unc is worried about him.
@@UncleSasquatchOutdoors i sure will . I thought about you when i was filming him
@@SpiritoftheOutdoors You know I love that puppy.
When I get done grinding meat I put a handful of saltines through the grinder it works amazing at cleaning out the fat that's left over.
@@steveworden3109 ill try that
Morning
I saw #330 use the meat in the beaver tail for fish bait
You probably hate advice but here goes. If you'll get a curved fleshing knife with the bowed edge sharp and the inside curve with a 90 degree spine, you can lay the sharp side flat and slice those pesky necks and then flip it and push it off with the dull side. Having a sharp and dull side in a straight knife is problematic because you can get mixed up and accidentally push with the sharp side which will likely tear it. Ask me how I know😢
Hey Justin what did you make that fleshing tool out of. I'd like to make me one.
@@MrTate1970 its a planer blade out of a local sawmill
That 1 and 1 more will make 2 I've ever seen skinned
What do you use to lace the hide? An awl or cut slits?
@@bonniemccammon3706 its a bone awl
I’m gettin tired just watchin you. Lol
Beaver tail is like eating the fat out of pork and beans
Would like to see your friends knives for sale
Put the trial. On a board and bake throwaway trial and eat board😀
My husband added the previous comment, he meant to say tail not trail. Glad you understood his spelling, he thinks it's funny. We do both enjoy watching you and your wife's channel.
"I ain't eaten it" "Just a chunk of fat"
Beaver tail is supposed to be a delicacy,,I personally don't know
Yea show a vedio of ol boys knives. Interested in his process. Maybe we share ideas.
